Wow! We cannot be more effusive about our recommendation of Ania! Ania is extremely professional, skilled, personable, kind, creative, and very down to earth. She considers every aspect of the environment and how the owners interact with the space functionally and emotionally. She gets to know and understand the owners and creates a design that fits the room(s), the home as a whole and the, most importantly, owners. Her designs are beautiful, and her presentation of ideas professional and flawless. She understands the need for communication and enthusiastically engages in the dialogue that leads to the appropriate and beautiful final result. We are currently (as of January 2025) working on our second project with Ania, and we have referred her to several friends. Everyone has been extremely happy and have also referred her to others. We would not hesitate to work with Ania again.

I had never worked with a designer before but Ania Witkowska was highly recommended by a friend. I feel very fortunate to have found her. Ania designed the remodel for my kitchen and bathroom in my 1941 home, and she worked closely with the builder. I loved her designs and the materials she suggested. Ania is smart, very personable, and creative. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her. I am thrilled with the final results. I highly recommend her.

I love working with Ania. She takes the whole you into consideration in her design, and helps you break through your boundaries. She pays attention to details and is unrelenting in her push to get things exactly right. She is a delight and I will use her for many projects to come.

Ania is a great designer who puts in a lot of hard work and focuses on the voice of the customer. She is very kind and caring which makes the whole process very seamless. When we hired her for the interior design of our first home, she made us feel extremely comfortable. Giving our first home in the hands of a stranger was always nervous but she is very understanding to appreciate our limits and desires. She is meticulous, kind and patient. During the whole process, it was always a discussion and never a one way street. We went back and forth on quite a few elements and challenged Ania with budget, designs and textures. We learnt a lot from this process as she educated us on striking the right balance and we found more often than not, she was right in the first place. She is also very considerate with nature and strives to use natural materials. Given the scope of the project, she will work to preserve some elements existing in the home which inturn reduces cost, waste, recycling. Last but not least, we were able to see her vision through renderings and compare them with the current decor. The transformation was quite dramatic and it shows that her skills as a designer makes homes very warm and inviting. Overall, it was a great experience working with Ania and would highly recommend her.

Ania transformed our dated mid-century modern home into a contemporary, airy, light-filled masterpiece with Zen-like tranquility! Our remodel included bedrooms, closet systems, living room, garage, home office, a dream bathroom, exterior repainting, and outdoor space plans. Everything designed by Ania was inspired, beautiful and of an incredibly high standard! And the contractors all loved working with her! We very heartily recommend Ania!

Ania was very collaborative and helped with the ideation of what we were looking for in a living room / kitchen concept. She was very receptive on offering various options for furniture at different price points. We are very satisfied with her services and are looking to using her again when we remodel our master bathroom!

Ania is amazing - she was able to turn my lackluster and cramped apartment into a place I now love and feel happy to call home! She is extremely knowledgeable, motivating and fun to work with. She did all of the shopping for us (wow) and made the process easy and efficient. Ania takes a psychological approach when designing interiors and she makes your home into a haven. She works within a budget and is respectful of your time and special requests. Her style is minimal and zen which is easy to live in. However she will also add some color and funkiness if that is what you want (she did this for my children’s rooms). She is a gem!

Studio A is EXCELLENT! I was initially nervous about asking an interior designer to help me with the redwood deck in my back yard. But from the moment Ania stepped out of her car, I knew she was perfect for the job. She pointed out some steps I could take to improve the front yard (without being asked), and then gave me great recommendations on complementary colors for my outside deck. She took into consideration the entire back yard, so that my colors pull the whole yard together. I'm still painting the deck (I'm a DIYer!), but it already looks 100% better than before her visit. I would recommend Studio A without reservation. Ania is truly gifted as a designer. If I have more projects in the future, she will not just be the first person I call, but the only person!

When I decided to expand and renovate my house 2 years ago, I knew from the get-go that I wanted to hire an interior designer. I’m not a creative person at all and I knew hiring a professional designer would make a word of difference. Most people get inspired by Pinterest photos and Instagram feed, but that was not me. It took a lot of convincing to get my husband’s buy in, but towards the end, it was the best decision made. It feels like Ania came into my life for a reason. Words cannot describe my deepest gratitude for Ania and her impeccable design service. My husband and I truly enjoyed working with her to design our new home. Everything was designed with peace and harmony in mind which is what we wanted for our new space. We wanted a minimalistic and modern design with a limited budget, and she achieved that. Details are important and she knows every aspect of our home. She partnered closely with our general contractor to resolve issues with ease without the need involve us. Her communication is excellent and always kept us in the loop. Every project has its issues no matter how hard you try to mitigate it, but her approach and sense of calmness made problem solving easy. Her mantra is every challenge creates a new opportunity to learn which ultimately leads to a better outcome. She was right! My husband and I learned so much from our project. Another unique service Ania provides is she does all the shopping for you. When you are a busy parent who works full time with children to care for, you really don’t have time to go shopping with a designer. Ania does her research and presents you options. You just need to decide, and she takes care of the rest. When our project was complete, it felt like I was in one of those HGTV home renovations shows. We walked into a newly renovated, modern designed home with everything we wanted. It took our breathes away with overwhelming joy and happiness. It was like a dream come true. We are very happy with the outcome and love living in our new home. =) My advice for anyone seeking her service is to TRUST her and her design process. She is very good at what she does and will not disappoint you. More importantly, she takes good care of her clients to ensure all needs are met. We look forward to working with her on our next project!

We moved into our wonderful rental about 2 years ago and Ania has been dipping in to help us make it more and more beautiful over that time. Although she has many major projects, such as large homes and homes ready to be built, she always finds time for our humble needs and is sensitive to our budget. She has found perfect solutions for storage, paint colors, furniture reupholstering, etc. Deciding where to hang our artwork seemed so daunting that we put it off until recently when we called on Ania and her expertise to get the job done. In between the stay at home orders we found a couple of hours where she could come into our home. While the 3 of us wore masks and had windows open, we collaborated together to decide where to hang each piece and it was extremely fun; we laughed a lot. It gave me and my husband a much needed lift to see our beautiful pieces on the wall. Not only did she enable us to finally hang our artwork, but she also found great solutions to make our office more efficient. Ania's eye for beauty, enthusiasm and positivity is contagious and has been especially appreciated during this challenging year. I highly recommend Ania's services and we will be using them again and again!
