Every good design begins with a vision and it is exciting to discover this vision and be inspired by it. I work closely with you in a personalized design process to find your own property's hidden potential.

Over a 30-year career, I have loved working in every scale of design, including custom residential design, site planning of parks, urban spaces, commercial and corporate work, and housing developments. Each design begins with a discussion with the client and a careful evaluation of the site. The needed plan might be fore an entire property or just a part of it.

I grew up in Columbus and graduated from The Ohio State University. After practicing landscape architecture on both coasts and a bit in the middle, I returned to Columbus where I have thoroughly enjoyed having my own landscape architectural practice.

Feel free to reach out to me, I would love to hear from you!

Commented: I love this design - it softens the stone patio Thanks for your compliment. I actually don't know the tree that the landscape contractor ended up installing here. They did not plant the one specified, which was to be a type that would arch up and...

Commented: plant in bottom left of photo That plant is spilling out of the planter pot since the planter is sitting on the paving (that isn't visible in the photo), so I'm not sure what it is. I would guess that it is an annual vine of some...

Commented: Solid fence This Fence is made from cedar and painted, although it might be a solid stain, which is what I would recommend instead of regular paint. This fence is only a couple of years old and will need to be pa...

Commented: Nice trees for a patio! Those trees are Upright European Hornbeams. They won't stay this size - but will need to be pruned in order to maintain either this size, or another desired size. For the wine - I'll have to check o...
