Linda and team did the design for our home, a new build that we did a few years ago. At the time, we put fairly extreme restrictions on the costs (it was 2009…), and Linda was able to work within those constraints to deliver a beautiful house. We have many friends who’s remodels have dragged on as they struggle to make decisions, and they always ask our project finished on time and with high quality. One of the main factors was Sullivan Design - Linda helped us narrow down choices quickly, and we finished ahead of schedule and under budget. She was a true pro and a pleasure to work with at every step. I can’t imagine using a different firm.

We have used services from Linda Sullivan and her team of interior designers during a complete remodel of our modern home. They have done everything from a conceptual design of space, selection of building materials, like tile, floors and color schemes, to recommending furniture, lighting and decor. I never understood the benefits of using a professional interior designer until I started using Linda’s services. Now I can honestly say that I’ll never remodel or build a new home without one. Linda is truly a talented designer and her keen sense of design and color is an art form. It comes so easy to her that I don’t dare to make any large house purchases without checking with her first. We hired Sullivan based on our architect's recommendation and their Houzz reviews/photos and we couldn't be happier! We worked mostly with Tanya and she did a great job listening to what we were trying to create and and then offering a few great options to choose from. They even made a suggestion about how to structure our fireplace feature wall that really ending up making the room. It's always hard to know how small material samples will feel when they're scaled up to a whole room. fortunately, Tanya and team did an awesome job and there isn't a material in the house we don't love!

We have worked with Sullivan Design on two projects but most recently we are finishing up with a large home renovation. If you haven't done a project before you would be shocked by the volume and importance of the design decisions that need to be made throughout a project. Linda and her team are extremely professional and knowledgeable and made the decision making process seamless. What also made the experience great was the personal touch and communication. We have 3 kids and a dog and she helped us create a home that has both beautiful and unique finishes, but is still functional and livable. Linda was also conscious of our budget on cost of finishes and amount of design time. I can honestly say that as the project progressed her input was invaluable as the volume and importance of the decisions seemed to increase at an extremely rapid pace. Linda was able to give input on spaces, functionality, finishes, paint, furniture, etc. and had a broad knowledge of the entire home building process. She also has a broad network of relationships that proved helpful when she needed to communicate with the contractor and subs, or whenever visiting a showroom she had a contact to meet us. Our stress level on this project was much lower as Linda had already designed the spaces before the project initiated. Since construction is unpredictable we still had to make countless decisions along the way that Linda was quick and decisive with, which kept our project moving, and the spaces are clearly finished with a level of detail that we could have never recreated on our own. I am grateful for her help and extremely happy with the final product. We would definitely recommend them and the added value to the project was well worth the expense.
