Where do I begin????? I was introduced to Su through a mutual friend and we quickly learned that we would be great working together! I've hired her for several large projects in my house, in particular a re-do of my dining and living rooms. Su is very respectful of my time and budget, which I very appreciative about. We've gone on shopping trips together into the fabric district, Manyunk, Philadelphia, and HomeGoods! We are very pleased with the updated looks we decided to go with with Su's guidance and vision to get me to step into the world of color!

Su is fantastic! What I love about working with Su is that no 2 designs are the same - she is very eclectic, and insists on every project being ONE-OF-A-KIND. She works with many of my clients . . . so it is important to me that they don't find pieces of their newest design in their neighbors house! Su brings over 30 years of experience in the interior design industry to the company. Accomplished in her craft, Su offers the knowledge and experience of the trade. Her keen eye assures you the best for your project. Her travels and various projects around the world has enhanced her sensibilities to fulfill her clients' needs. There is no project too large or too small.

As the owner of the historical residence in Thornton, PA featured on Su Rudy's houzz site, I can offer my enthusiastic recommendation. She is a most talented, original and professional designer...as well as a delightful person with whom to work. Su managed our project from start to end, navigated through the unavoidable bumps in the road, pushed me to consider design choices that I would not have naturally entertained (and that I am so glad I did) and pulled together an end result that is spectacular. Su's entire team of professionals provided an array of services that Su managed, from electrical work to organizing, painting, upholstery, window treatments, carpentry and hanging artwork. For this project, Su had to consider and accommodate lots of constraints and concerns beyond simply budget, most notably small windows in a dark living room, some furniture pieces I was keen to retain (family heirlooms), two large black Labrador retrievers (who have run of the house after swimming in the stream outside) and a brand-new grandchild (who will visit frequently). While most have questioned our choice of a white sofa given this list, it is slipcovered and runs through the washing machine. Rugs have been chosen that will withstand spills. And colors in the living room were selected to brighten the space. Su created gathering spaces throughout the house that make every room a place where visitors want to stop and spend time. It is elegant, yet comfortable.

Su helped me re design our living room . We purchased furniture , rugs, and reupholstered furniture ,shopped for accessories and more . She is a professional , respected by her vendors and did a great job for us. I love the room and really enjoyed working with Su . I would recommend her services with confidence .

I hired Su Rudy Designs, Inc to assist me in updating the interior of my home. This encompassed flooring, paint selections, some new furniture to compliment existing pieces that I wanted to keep, resurfacing my fireplace, changing out some light fixtures, installing some new window treatments, replacement of my kitchen backsplash and countertops, and replacement of interior doors including new hardware. It was a terrific experience. I am very happy with the results and how Su was able to transform my home into a place that now reflects my tastes and that I am very happy to come home to every day. This is not something I would ever be able to accomplish myself and I truly appreciated her advice in selection of all materials to achieve the results I was looking for while getting me out of the "rut" of cyclically making the same poor personal choices resulting in me always being dissatisfied with the end results. I am amazed at how Su was able to envision a final, cohesive result (and keep me from making bad choices--again) while also giving me choices in the decision-making process and incorporating specific meaningful furniture and accessories into her vision. Su definitely has an ability to gain an understanding of her client and really spends the time to find the right solutions for each specific client. She understands that each of her clients' projects is unique and consequently will not repeat use of materials and textiles from one project to the next...it will always be customized to the clients' taste. During my project I found that Su kept her knowledge base current by researching to find new products/solutions through many different avenues. I plan to utilize this company again in the future, and I feel quite confident in saying you will never find another designer more sincere and diligent to help you achieve your vision.

Helped redesign the lower level in my home, from furniture to accessories and placment of art. Also chose paint colors for the living, dining rooms and baths.

What more can I say other than Su is the best! Listens well, super outgoing, great taste and really "gets" what I was looking for but had trouble describing. I am thrilled with my home.
