Main Line Certa Pro’s crew arrived when they said they would even though there was a Nor’easter Blizzard. They continued to work through a power outage, and completed the job on time. Hats off to the whole team at ML CP and especially Pablo and his crew.

Certapro was okay to deal with until there was a problem. We had big failures just three years after we had our house painted, pictures are attached. Certapro came out to review and promised to get back to us with a resolution. Certapro's initial response, when they were at the house, was the warranty was only for two years. I still have not heard back from them. This is so disappointing as we invested a lot of money with them and their responsiveness at that time was very important to them. Their handling of this issue has been disappointing at best. So beware their handling of problems with their work is not acceptable

Hello - I suspect our client will update his review in the future to explain the circumstances as everything is resolved and there was miscommunication. We met with our client, let him know we would be back in touch - we reached out by phone (message was left but apparently not received) and by email (we had incorrect email apparently). We followed up again - met client a 2nd time with our paint rep. We got to the bottom of the problem (had nothing to do with our paint job, but a previous paint job in this room). Even Though this was out of the warranty period and was confirmed as "not our fault" we still went ahead and fixed the areas at no charge and confirmed client was very satisfied.

We absolutely LOVE our guest room! Leo and crew did a fantastic job! It was finished with excellence in record-time... literally just in time for our house guests to arrive last night! We were also grateful for Susan coming (the same day that I inquired about getting the job done) and helping with the color selection. It is exactly what I was hoping for and I would have gone in the wrong direction without her. We have had many projects done in the past by CertaPro Painters - Main Line (exterior, deck, kitchen cabinets, interior rooms) and we are always very pleased with the finished project.

OMNIA Group Architects

Our architectural office is part of who we are at OMNIA Group Architects. Working with Andrea and Chris Drucquer, along with their awesome project leader, Fabio, has been a home run for all of us. Fabio and his team worked over the Thanksgiving holiday and the weekend to finish our office. They even went above and beyond by purchasing and installing new smoke alarms in our very high ceilings!
