This was Makena Custom Homes first build in Bend's extremely desirable NorthWest Crossing neighborhood. It took place on one of the largest and most coveted lots in the neighborhood. Makena did a fantastic job during all phases of the build and impressed the NWX ARC with their thorough, intelligent approach to the build. This home was a favorite of many and an award winning home during the COBA Tour of Homes 2013, and was sold to its new owner shortly there after.

I met the Tory, the owner of Makena Custom Homes in the fall of 2013 when I was interested in purchasing a house he had built. It was a beautiful, well built home and I found Tory to be a very knowledgeable and forthright person. Shortly after I met with Tory I contracted with Makena Custom Homes to build a home similar to the one I looked at in October. I talk with Tory regularly. I feel he is a wonderful builder, helpful, honest and I am glad to be working with him.

We hired Makena Custom Homes to build our new house, a 4,300sf home built on a hillside. The people at Makena were amazing to work with. They walked us through the construction process from start to finish with excellent communication throughout. The quality was superb and our house came out better than we could have imagined. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a builder in the Bend, OR area to work with Makena Custom Homes.
