My husband and I were so lucky to find Taylor. Our house, after living in it for nearly seven years, was starting to feel dated and the decor and design was definitely not a reflection of who we are as a family. Without a lot of money to spend, Taylor helped us make changes that had a major impact on not only the design, but the way our house looks and feels. It feels like us now- our home. She guided us through every step of the process, and made sure we stayed focused on our ultimate goal. It's easy to get distracted with shiny things, but Taylor's calm, professional demeanor kept us on track. Our home is beautiful- and I can't recommend Taylor enough. I hired Taylor Tanimoto to help design and execute a kitchen, bath, and living room remodel. We began with several design drawings that Taylor created which were all creative and functional uses of space. Once we decided on our favorite, the work began. This was my first remodel/redesign and I was pretty nervous. Taylor was a HUGE help! She helped us choose and source everything from tile, to appliances, to window coverings. And she even showed up to guide the subcontractors on install days. My wife and I were so pleased with the finished product, we asked Taylor to consult on a larger, whole-home remodel that we just finished a few months back. Taylor's input and guidance was invaluable, and she made some key tweaks to the architect's design that improved the function and livability of our home.
