Thunderbird Custom Design is a great contractor! They remodeled our out-of-date media wall and the final result was fantastic. I really enjoyed their use of the Buildertrend app. It showed the planned schedule and if any complication came up that changed the schedule it was updated by them - I knew exactly what to expect each day. Communication via text and phone calls was great too. The fact that they focus on redesigning and installing new media walls really showed through. GREAT JOB!

Brandon and his team were the best contractors I have ever dealt with. They were very professional, very respectful, and easy to deal with. I’ve used Thunderbird Designs once before to build our media wall/fireplace structure 5 years ago. I was so satisfied with their service and the result was spectacular that I used them again for our formal living fireplace structure build recently. Again, the result was spectacular. Also, they finished the work in just seven days the first time and in less than two weeks the second time. Brandon was always responsive to my emails and answered all my questions. I wish I can attach pics to show how amazing the results are. No need to have second thoughts about them. They will exceed your expectations.

Great company to work with! Very professional and provide a quality product. They stuck to the projected timeline and finished the medial wall just as planned. They use CAD to help design and configure the wall which is a great bonus from a customer stand point. All the subs used were great!

We had a very dated built in entertainment center. Brandon and his team designed a modern, beautiful new media center for us. Brandon took measurements and created our design without even knowing if he was going to get the job, and continued to answer all of our questions until we made the decision to hire him. I was a bit nervous about the demo, but it all went perfectly and there are no issues that Brandon can't solve. The entire team was professional and always arrived on time. Everything was completed beautifully with no hidden costs. The overall cost was reasonable, work done was quality work, and communication along the way from Becky and Brandon exceeded expectations. To top it all off, Brandon is just a great person and treats others with kindness and respect and this is something that really stands out. I wish TCD did other types of remodels besides media walls, because we would hire them without hesitation.

The bottom line on a great project is would we hire and recommend, based on project results, that contractor again?! Absolutely YES for Brandon Luna's Thunderbird Custom Design (TCD). My details: Though I had to wait a few short months due to their booked schedule it was well worth it. From administration with Becky to design and implementation with Brandon and his great technician experts I could not be happier with the final results of my living room's new stone-lined wooden wall unit, fireplace, shelving & lighting. Also, the wiring and reinstalling audio/video devices. The entire staff is a pleasure to speak to and are empathetic to all concerns. Brandon, the owner, met with me early on to review my own previously imaged inspirations and to discuss & understand my design style. From the current style of the home we connected and overnight he produced a computer likeness of the project from my design hopes. I'm very visual so having a colored spec of a finished product is the ultimate help. Especially when needing to choose all the shadings of the paint/stain and surrounding stone. I presented my vision and Brandon, having done similar before a few large amounts of times, made fantastic suggestions. We both agreed that if he felt something I thought of wouldn't look right he would tell me. After all, such a big long term lasting investment needs to look great from concept to implementation. Plus, I liked that he would be honest since it's TCD "signatures" on all the work to be completed. I equate that to an artist being proud enough of their artwork to put their autograph on. It's not just a reflection of my own choices and tastes but TCD's proudness to say "yeah we did that, doesn't it look and work great." The best way I can quickly describe them is that TCD just "gets it." By that I mean personally & professionally listening, advising, and implementing with top techs at each phase. Brandon's techs have been with him a long time so that usually means quality and trust. Seriously, that's hard to find post-COVID days as quality in just about every service has greatly suffered. I myself have worked for highly ranked customer service based corporations where great pride and over producing on results just can't be taught. A person either has those traits inherently or not. I recognized Brandon and his staff had them. I see this as an investment for me and my home. Investments should continue to grow in happiness and more. I know this one will. Brandon also gave me the names of the multiple stone stores he uses so I could visit, at my leisure, to compare and choose the correct look and coloring for my style. It took me a little time but well worth it.The same with the fireplace. It's the "small" details of any project that display the investment from a company.The post install punch-list was small and any of its own "touch ups" were completed flawlessly & quickly with no questions asked.So YES,I would recommend and hire TCD again in a heartbeat.

I absolutely love my new wall. I met with Brandon and discussed what I was thinking. He came up with a great design and really captured what was in my mind. The communication from start to finish was outstanding. Closer to the project start date, Jamie brought paint, stone and cabinet selections to my home. It was so much easier doing that in my home to ensure picking out the right options! She was great at guiding me through the process. Each of the workers was professional, friendly and fantastic at their job. The finished wall was even better than I could ever imagine! Thank you to Thunderbird!! You are awesome!
