Rebecca (The Staging Team) came recommended from our long time property management company who have managed our homes for many years. They said that Rebecca would do a great job and that she did! She was available to meet me the same week I called her and met me at the house I needed to sell. At first I wasn't sure that I wanted to hire a staging company as I wanted to maximize the profit of my home, but after meeting Rebecca she helped me to understand the benefits of having my home staged and how it would increase the likelihood of my home selling for the desired amount and in good time. There were a couple trickier rooms that would need someone with a good design eye to have the rooms beauty come through as intended. She knew which rooms would need to be staged and which ones didn't need to be. I gave her space to stage the home as she saw fit, as she is the expert, and I'm so glad at how everything turned out. She was kind, attentive and talented. We will definitely be using her for future homes we intend on selling into the Houston area. Highly highly recommend.

I had a great listing that was on the market for nearly 3 months. Very nice home and it was priced right, but the real estate market was a bit slow at the time and we were competing with new construction in the neighborhood. I contacted Rebecca at The Staging Team to assist with professional staging to give this home a bump up in order to get it sold in a slow market. She was very prompt and professional with communicating with both the seller and I throughout the entire process. Rebecca and her team did an excellent job in staging my home for sale. The furnishings were tasteful and of high quality which made my empty home come to life. The Staging Team did a great job selecting the right furniture for our space to accentuate the designs chosen for the house. Their furniture is very clean and high quality that will give your buyers the right impressions. (You know they have done a good job when the buyer request to buy some of their furniture!) I did not approach hiring a staging company with a totally open mind. We had finished major upgrades to a property that was beginning to feel more like an albatross. I've been in plenty of staged homes with cheap or poorly scaled furniture that didn’t make any sense or was distractingly weird in the surroundings and I truly didn't want to spend another dime on this house. I was blown away with the quality of the staging and the service The Staging Team provides. When they finished it actually looked like a place you could live and relax in and as if the furniture and accents were purchased for that space. Rebecca was wonderful to work with, terms were clearly outlined, and I found the costs incredibly reasonable. She is clever and found easy ways to embrace features we had gotten negative comments about in showings, she accentuated the assets of the property like the floorplan and architectural features. She was even kind enough to suggest swapping a couple light fixtures around - at no cost to me! It was something small – that I never would have considered, and I think the impact was big. They worked much better reversed. Rebecca even thought to pick oranges off a tree in the front yard put them in a bowl on the kitchen table, a smart hint at a little perk the property offers. As soon as The Staging Team did their magic, we had an offer and closed on the sale before our agreement with The Staging Team had even run. My only regret is not hiring The Staging Team sooner!

Absolutely stunning results! The Staging Team tied the fireplace, tile floor, and new paint together, making the whole house one cohesive unit. My house sold after one day on the market, and I'm convinced it is due to their staging!

Rebecca and her team staged our house after we had left the state. She worked directly with our realtor, but kept us informed at all stages of her work. She did an excellent job of identifying updates to improve how our home would show, and she also did an excellent job with the staging itself. Some stagers put in furniture and a couple decorative items. Rebecca made the house look like a home. Then they left the property spotless. I would definitely recommend her and her team.

The Staging team was excellent. They provided a quality of service that was far beyond expectations. They started with a prompt and courteous home visit. I had been considering a significant renovation to help sell my home. Instead, they recommended a simple change in lights and change in one blind. They said that change alone was adequate and I may or may not need the staging. Wow. Somebody being honest at the potential expense of their own business?!?!? You can trust an honest and professional assessment from the Staging team. I ended up changing the lightbulbs and getting my place staged. Within a week I received a full price offer. Incredible. You may or may not need staging, but if you want every advantage in your court, I would call the Staging team. In my opinion, they were beyond honest, professional, and provided a service that in my case was a proven success.
