My wife and I painfully searched for lakefront house plans on line for 2 years. She found Cory on the internet and after many discussions convinced me to just talk to him. I resisted...she was right ...I was wrong. Upon our first meeting it was apparent he wanted to learn out us, our family and our needs. He listened. Before starting he wanted to visit our home-site to which we met with him again. He asked more questions and listened. Through the process there were multiple changes which were implemented and returned in a timely fashion. I think one of the things I really appreciated was I wasn't nickle and dimed to death. As the home was being built our Contractor had structural questions and needed additional cross sections...no problem & no wait. We have thoroughly enjoyed our new home and Cory was a big part of that. We would recommend him to anyone. In fact I think our Contractor as continued to use him. Thanks Cory!

2x4 was/is fantastic to work with. Cory has a great mind for design and a vision that helped us immensely in creating our perfect home. He also has a talent with the 3D technology that allowed us to visualize everything.

Cory helped us design a custom, traditional home with some modern flair. We provided several photos for inspiration and Cory nailed it right from the start in terms of putting our ideas on paper. He is super proficient with modeling software and was able to virtually "walk" us through the models he created of our home. Cory was very patient and receptive to the revisions we made along the way. I would highly recommend allowing Cory to help you design your dream home!

Cory helped me out with a small project, but even though it was small he still took the time to make sure everything met my expectations. We had the opportunity to work with Cory to design our dream home. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of planning, was amazing with making suggestions as well as listening to what we wanted, and answered numerous questions any time I had them. As he designed the house in phases, he sent frequent updates of the floor plans and 3D renderings so we could see what the house would look like. We even completed a 3D walk through of the home once the design was completed which was so great to see. He designed a home that was exactly what we wanted even though our wants and needs changed frequently through the design process. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Cory. He is professional, timely, patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond with helping us design our home. Not once did I feel bothersome with any request over an 8 month period of time. Cory became someone I felt I could go to for any suggestions, design or decor wise, because of his willingness to help and ability to visualize the end result. What I didn’t expect was how invested he would become in the finished product. He genuinely cared about every detail of our home and wouldn’t stop until it was exactly how we had envisioned it. We had such an amazing expiernce dealing with Cory. He took all of our ideas and wishes and put them on paper exactly how we wanted them!
