In 2020 & 2022, Timan helped me select window treatments to replace the inexpensive curtains I purchased when we bought our house 20+ years ago. They provided excellent guidance on fabric, style, and color. Minor repair issues have occasionally popped up and they have always been extremely prompt to respond and got the repairs done very quickly. Their service professionals are very personally and professional, and are always willing to answer questions about cleaning and maintenance and to show me how to make minor adjustments on my own. Much to my delight, their M.O. seems to be "do the right thing" and "make it right." We're doing additional renovations in the coming year and will return to them for assistance with the window treatments for those rooms.

I have used Timan Custom Window Treatments, Inc. for seven different rooms in my house: Sliding door leading to deck, family room, living room, dining room, master bedroom, master bathroom, and most recently my son's bedroom. Adam, my window treatment professional, is courteous and really listens to what I want. He makes good recommendations and assists with color matching or coordinating. He seems to understand my styling preferences and helps me work within my budget. The installers have always been courteous and professional. I have no issue with having them in my home. The office staff helped with scheduling and always follow through with any questions that I have. I have been very pleased with the end results in all of the different areas. Timan prices seem a bit high. But when I tried to go "cheap" and ordered blinds for two other bedrooms it was a disaster. When we couldn't install them ourselves (its not as easy as it looks) we had to hire a handyman to install them for us. The end result was less than satisfactory and our "cheap" option turned out to be MORE expensive than if we had gone with Timan. I highly recommend this company and encourage you to give them a try.

Timan was very professional; from the initial consultation to honoring replacing a defective product, to final installation. The installers were respectful, following all pandemic safety precautions.

My experience from beginning to end was nothing less than excellent. Very professional staff. They came when they said they would, and on time! I had a small problem with my Hunter Douglas blinds three years later and Timan can and made everything new again! The technician that came to my home to do repairs was polite and efficient!

I would highly recommend Timan custom window Treatments. Kathleen and Rachelle were professional and knew exactly what would look great in our home.
