Having a 70 ft tree crash down upon your brand new timber frame porch to confirm quality is not what I envisioned, but here we are! This porch built by Timberline saved my toddler, my husband, my friends & myself. There is NO greater testament to the quality of design. You are truly the masters of your craft. Since day one, Billy (or 'Bilwee' as my son calls him) was mindful about our budget, always in collaboration with us on how to save...The crew that accompanied Billy - Gus, Hoppy & Darren were always quick to give my kiddo a wave through the window or knuckles as we walked by...Timberline, for us, will always be synonymous with family friendly, budget conscious & producing a product with the top degree of excellence.

The team at Timberline could not have been better. Everyone was so helpful and professional. Excellent workmanship and great customer care and service. Timberline Contracting is one of the best teams I have ever worked with on a project. This recent Steamboat kitchen, den, bath remodel makes my sixth house remodel over the past seven years. I would hire them again in a second! PLUS: If you need to do the job remotely, like me, they were awesome via their web portal and tracking system. Let me note a few key areas: Honest and great to work with. Takes your calls and checks in regularly. Works with your budget. Selection progress was smooth. Renovation was on time. We had the opportunity to work with Timberline Contracting this spring (March - July 2019). They were amazing! They were really good about communicating and collaborating, and spent valuable time making sure they understood our intent (not just our words). The project has been on-budget and on-schedule, and all change orders were discussed and communicated in advance. The on-site project manager was remarkably available and responsive , and really went the extra mile to ensure we were getting what we expected. The outcome of this project has far exceeded our expectations, and we are thrilled! I would recommend them to anybody.

They provided a project scope and quote soon after our first meeting. Our project was a remodel of the Bagel Shop and we could only be closed for 10 days. We have used Brett & Timberline Contracting for a few re-model/addition projects (expanded our mudroom, added 3 bathrooms), and are currently using them again for a large addition (expanding kitchen & laundry room, & adding on a family room, gym, office & theater). Brett is very honest, dependable and a pleasure to work with, and as a bonus has the support of a wonderful wife! Our projects have always been completed within a reasonable timeframe, and he works diligently to keep us close to budget. He always does his best to keep to the timeline, and maintain as clean of an environment as possible since we are usually living through the construction, at least part of the time.
