My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I’ve worked with Tim on many projects over the years, including the design of my home and guesthouse, and have referred him to many of my clients. His plans are nothing short of exceptional, I wouldn’t consider doing a project without him.

We recently worked with T. McIntyre for our kitchen and bathroom remodel projects. The plans Tim developed were exactly what we had hoped, with some minor revisions (no extra charged). We are very pleased with the designs since this will help our contractors with accurate bids. Definitely you need to work with an experienced architect for your remodel project. It will help you save money in the long run. We love working with T. McIntyre and would work with this company again!
