We were hesitant hiring someone to help us with our bathroom remodel, mainly because we thought we would get someone inexperienced that just wanted to talk about "colors and themes." I cannot even begin to tell you the depth of Toni's expertise, experience and knowledge. She literally planned out for us a bathroom remodel that included replacing walls, electrical wiring, new in-ceiling lighting, new plumbing, fixtures and everything you could imagine in between. Seriously, "colors and themes" was dealt with as one would expect, but we were blown away by how she single-handedly planned out major construction issues. I won't lie, we are still in shock at how Toni not only planned out all major details of this large construction project, but did all the work getting extremely qualified workers to get it all done. We literally sat back and watched everything unfold, comfortable knowing this was in good hands. The number of people she organized, kept on schedule, and followed up on was quite staggering. She brought us shopping to businesses that don't even deal with retail customers, she made suggestions, and personally walked us through every detail of this project. Her lists of contacts is amazingly extensive. I believe she is considered an "Interior Decorator," but she is much more than that, because there is no way in heaven that title could possibly encompass the skills and knowledge she possesses. The most important thing she did was listen to what we wanted. The rare times we didn't take her suggestion on something, she deftly pivoted from her original suggestion to what she learned from our words, desires, and even our facial expressions. There are three adults in our home, and each of us have slightly different visions. Yet, somehow, in the end, she managed to find consensus where none previously existed. That in itself should tell you how intelligent and insightful Toni is. She did such an amazing job with our bathroom, that we hired her for our stair remodel, new floors upstairs, and likely our kitchen when that time comes. If you have any kind of home project that you need done, you should go with Toni if you want it done perfect, because I think "perfect" is the only way that Toni does things. While this is completely unrelated to our construction project, Toni is personable, witty, likable, and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Let me sum up with this: Toni was absolutely NOT what we expected, and that is by far the best thing that could have happened to us.

Our home was 15 years old and in need of an upgrade. We didn’t want to move walls or change the footprint but wanted the permanent upgrades to be somewhat timeless for resale purposes. The project became very overwhelming very fast and we realized we needed some help. I found Toni on Houzz, she was local, and had great reviews. She also responded to my inquiry very quickly when I never even got a response from others that I reached out to. She came over and we hit it off immediately. She spent time on the front end figuring out our likes and dislikes and that was crucial because I am very retentive and overthink everything. She really listened to our somewhat opposing views (husband and I weren’t always completely on the same page), we exchanged a lot of ideas, and ended up with an absolutely fabulous finished product. We can’t say enough about how wonderful it was working with Toni. She helped us with design, bids from contractors, project management, quality control, etc. She even took me on personal shopping trips to pick out materials. She was attentive, communicated well, and best of all – she listened! We are just thrilled with how everything turned out. Thank you!

Toni asked for our wants at the beginning of the project and she delivered. Her selection of colors and patterns were very helpful and worked well together. The design of the tile in the the shower and the tub backsplash came out great. She fit in a little color we asked for and then selected different sizes of the same type of tile to create the unique design. Her recommendation of a general contractor was excellent, all his craftsmen paid attention to detail and customer service.

Toni put together a great solution for all of the windows in my new home. Everything arrived as expected and was installed quickly. Several neighbors have asked where I got my window treatments and I have told them about TLN Interiors.

Consultation and monitoring of my project from start to finish. Project included interior painting of several rooms, shopping for furniture, art work and decorative items, and new kitchen counters with back splash, sink and faucet. Brought in knowledgeable people for the various projects. Rooms done living room/dining room, master bedroom, second bedroom, family room and kitchen. The decorator was very knowledgeable with extensive experience. Was able to meet deadlines and within budget. She was good to explain why we were choosing the products. She was very pleasant, listened to what we want, and when the project was completed the house still felt like us. She was good to reuse and to keep those items that were important to us. She made everything we already had to look better.

We really enjoyed working with TLN Designs. Toni was sensitive to our funding limitations and provided great ideas within our budget! We never could have accomplished what we did without her assistance!
