Contemporary Kitchen - Bath - Design delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. Their professionalism shone through each phase, complemented by high-quality products and meticulous workmanship. Communication was seamless, and their team was notably accommodating to our last-minute schedule changes. The site was left immaculate daily, showcasing their attention to detail. We are thrilled with the final product and highly recommend their services for any design needs.

Scope of project: 1) Combine master bathroom (stand-up shower, toilet and vanity) and hallway bathroom (tub, toilet and vanity) into one larger bathrrom with double sinks, toilet, tub and larger stand-up shower. 2) Replace kitchen cabinets, sink, backsplash, flooring and lighting. Install new appliances. 3) Replace main floor flooring. Let me start by saying that I simply can't give enough praise to all of the amazing staff and to the work that was done with Contemporary! The project took about 3.5 to 4 months to complete, which was the expectation from the beginning. Every step of the way, from designing, to demolition, to the build itself was professionally managed by Tyler and his team. I truly feel as though each team member was an expert in their area of work. Everything from painting the walls, intalling fixtures, fixing problems from the original builder, tiling, plumbing, etc was completed to perfection. Each day our home was protected with liners on the stairs and in the hallway leading to the work area and each day ended with employees doing a big cleanup and leaving everything as found when they got here. Employees were respectful, kind, professional and knowledgeable. Any small issues that arose were dealt with immediately and communication was top notch. In particular, Jesse, Sean, Eugene and Aiden were absolutely amazing to work with on site. They showed up every day eager to work and made the process of having our house turned upside down very manageable. Tyler, Laurie and Laura were also amazing to work with in the office for design guidance and professional advice as necessary. If we ever had any questions, for example, what size of appliances we needed, or if a paint colour we chose would work with our tiles, staff were literally a phone call away and happy to help. We are very happy with our newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. We still walk around commenting on how beautiful everything looks. We had a bad experience in the past with a different company when we renovated our downstairs bathroom. We found Contemporary through a friend and they came and saved the day and redid the shower for us years ago. Their work is simply outstanding and I would absolutley recommend this company for any kitchen or bathroom renovation.

Contemporary renovated our main bathroom and also did some work in 2 other bathrooms in our home in 2022. While there was some delays, for the most part the workers did a satisfactory job. At the time the job was completed, there was a deficiency which needed to be fixed. One of the glass shades in a light fixture was chipped and needed to be replaced. At the time company asked for the final payment, Tyler acknowledged that this needed to be corrected. In spite of this, he demanded full payment, and told us he could be “trusted” to replace the glass shade which was chipped. Two and a half years later, the glass shade has not been replaced. The only times I have received any information from the company has been when I contacted them requesting an update. It has always been up to me to contact them. In each case their response has been the same – the supplier doesn’t have one in stock and it will be another 3 months. At no time was there a discussion of other options. Is there only one supplier in the world that produces this type of light fixture? Is there no other sources for a piece of glass? Why couldn’t all 3 glass shades in the fixture be replaced with glass shades from a different source? If nothing else, why can’t all 3 the light fixtures be replaced? A reputable company would have resolved this issued long ago. At this point, I expect the glass shade will never be replaced. The have been paid, so they are not concerned about it. If you choose to use Contemporary for your renovations, I would recommend you be sure to hold back a portion of your final payment until everything is completed to your satisfaction. They cannot be “trusted” to finish the job once they have your money.

You will not go wrong if you hire Contemporary to remodel your bathroom(s). Tyler, Laurie, Alden, Dave and crew provide an outstanding level of design, quality, service and VALUE. It's been approximately a year now since we had our bathrooms renovated. After 1 year we are still extremely happy and proud of these spaces. Additionally, Contempoary stands by their work and will follow-up with anything that needs to be done if there are problems. We had some minor sound coming from the plumbing in our master bath. Dave worked diligently to diagnose and find the source of the sound (a rare problem with a faucet cartridge/valve) and replaced it without question. Problem solved and we're back to enjoying our perfect bathrooms. This company is the real deal.

We are thrilled with the bathroom renovation project completed by Contemporary. The quality of the products and installation was exceptional. Starting off, Tyler offered thoughtful suggestions while developing a design that suited the location. Laura helped us select the counter, tiles, fixtures, and spa-like bath and shower which transformed our bathroom. This was my second renovation project with Tyler and Team at Contemporary Bath. The first was a full ensuite bathroom, which turned out beautifully. The second a 'save my kitchen reno' project, which also turned out beautifully. Tyler is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and very professional. His team of installers are skilled and respectful!! This was our 2nd project with Tyler and the team. We were so pleased with our bathroom reno that when it was time for the kitchen/living room reno, we went right back to them. The renovation to our basement was done in a very quick and professional manner. We had a heated tile floor added to our spare bedroom and the basement bathroom renovated to make better use of available space. In the process we had the corner shower changed out, storage added and the sink and vanity replaced. To finish things off a heated floor was also added to the bathroom. The work was completed in a timely manner by Van. All of the work done was completed to my specifications and satisfaction. Our daughter had two bathrooms renovated by this same company and was very satisfied and this is why we chose them. It was a pleasure working with the team from Contemporary Bath. I am very pleased with my new bathroom! The access to my bedroom and bathroom was redesigned to allow better flow, privacy and beauty to my space. I love the spa like feeling with my new steam shower and stand alone bathtub. The mother of pearl tile above the vanities adds a little sparkle to the bathroom! I am enjoying my separate makeup area and my well organized walk-in closet as well. What a fantastic improvement! I also had all my kitchen, laundry room and powder room cupboards repainted and they look great! I look forward to having my other 2 bathrooms updated soon and will surely be calling on Contemporary Bath to do the work!

I can’t possibly say how thrilled I am with the new bathrooms. The master bathroom is truly gorgeous. The hardest part of course was waiting for it to be completed but Barry,Alden and Alex are truly professionals and will not cut corners to appease your excitement. Tyler and his team just completed our 3rd bathroom renovation. The first in 2020 was a complete master bath/bedroom renovation which was stunning when completed. The 2nd & 3rd were completed in May and July of this year and we cannot say enough about the great work. Right from the time we contacted Tyler through the design stage and the project execution, the team is professional, responsive and respectful. Job site is always clean at the end of each day and the budget is always top of mind when planning and making selections. Alden, Van and Barry have all provided excellent craftsmanship with end results we have been proud to show friends and family. We can't say enough about the amazing job Tyler did helping us design and complete our project. His whole team from his designer Laura Vanhoutte to his main man Alden, Jesse, and all other trades were super to work with. They took the time to listen to any concerns we had, to explain the how's and why's and to help us with changes that made the finished product even better than we could have imagined. They were meticulous in their clean up at end of day and respected our home. Covid made so many things a bit more difficult but they pushed through. There were unavoidable delays with materials but they worked around that. I'm certain wearing a mask all day during the heat wasn't fun but they never griped. We were very pleased with the renovation to our master bathroom, from the initial consultation through the design process and the construction. The installer did an excellent job and always carefully explained to us what he was doing and what he found. We had a complete renovation of our main bathroom, basement bathroom and kitchen over the summer of 2020. Tyler provided us with a beautiful plan for the work, a detailed and accurate estimate, and an agreed-to schedule for the reno. The actual work was led by Alden, a craftsman with extensive experience and expertise, who was on site almost every workday throughout the construction. Alden was always professional, courteous and friendly, a real pleasure to have around the place, as were Alden's assistant and the occasional additional helper. Tyler recommended a set of tiles, cabinets, fittings and hardware which were exactly as advertised, look great and have functioned flawlessly since the work was completed. Overall, we are extremely happy with the planning, execution and results of the work, wish we'd done it sooner!

I absolutely love my new kitchen! Tyler and his team provided first rate service, from the scheduling and design right through to the final touches on the cabinets and electrical. I was also very pleased with how conscientious Van was in cleaning up the worksite on a daily basis, especially given my renovation was done during the coldest days of the winter. Very happy with all aspects of our main floor/kitchen reno. Excellent workmanship from our primary contractor (Van) who was meticulous, responsive to our needs and a very hard worker. Project management (Ryan) was handled well, particularly as this reno started one week before covid quarantine issues affected some supply chains, Still managed to complete the project as initially scheduled. Overall would recommend Contemporary to anyone and would use them again.

Just completed a main floor bathroom renovation with Tyler and his team. from our initial meeting through to completion everything was detailed. No financial surprises. Tyler has a good eye for detail and helped bring my vision to completion. Van and Jesse were fabulous and it was a pleasure having them work in our home. I was initially anxious by TV home reno stories of bad experiences but my experience with Contemporary was excellent!. They completed the work on time and on budget as promised ! The workmanship and work ethic was exceptional. Any product supply glitches were handled immediately. I recommended Contemporary for my next door neighbor too. I contracted Tyler Norberg's company to renovate my main bathroom. The end result is nothing short of magnificent. Tyler's knowledgable advice and the outstanding craftsmanship of Chan have made this project an absolute success. Chan was pleasant to have around, very hard working and never left at day's end without cleaning up the dust and debris. We can't go on enough about how pleased we are with our kitchen reno. Tyler and his team were with us every step of the process. We had Contemporary do a complete kitchen renovation for us. We requested an open kitchen design which required having the dining room wall removed. This proved challenging as the wall housed major plumbing to the master ensuite upstairs, electrical, cold air return, and a vacuum system. However, Tyler's patient, reassuring demeanour reassured us that this would be a hiccup in the scheme of things. It was, and overall, we found it a pleasure doing business with Tyler and his staff. He is professional and remains focused on customer satisfaction. Coming in on budget is always a plus, considering you never really know what you may encounter in any renovation. We love our kitchen!

Went to Contempory Bath to complete my 1/2 bathroom reno after an appalling experience with a totally incompetent contractor who did nothing right and had still not completed the reno after showing up on and off for approx. 3 weeks. Finally told him to leave. Contempory Bath came and and completed the reno, correcting all of the mistakes and poor workmanship of the previous contractor in just over 1 1/2 days in an efficient and professional manner. Couldn't believe the difference. Will be hiring them again when I renovate my master bathroom.

Contemporary bath did a professional job remodeling my bathrooms. They were easy to deal with, left my house with a minimal amount of mess and the cost came in at their quote.

We chose Tyler for our complete kitchen and family room renovation because of his willingness to source very specific materials and accommodate storage requirements for appliances and cookware. Tyler was very patient in working on the design for extra dividers and shelves, specialized pullout cupboards and provided helpful suggestions, such as slightly elevating the upper corner microwave & toaster oven cabinets for better ergonomic access and handy drawers underneath them. When we ran into a majorproblem with the first granite company for our counters, Tyler dropped everything and helped source, order and very quickly expedite new granite from a different supplier. Other issues, such as re-ordering defective items were quickly dealt with. The crew and other tradespeople did an excellent job and were always very cheery, polite and cleaned up the worksite. We thought the cost of this renovation very reasonable given the large scope of work and we really appreciated Tyler's ability to coordinate the project, his kindness, professionalism and dedication to his clients.

We hired Contemporary Bath for a complete renovation of our tiny (25 square feet) bathroom. Tyler worked with us to choose fixtures and a layout that maximized every inch, from an angled shower and the placement of the glass, to inset shelves. He understood our style very well. The project began on schedule and Ben worked every day through to completion. We're happy with all the materials, both those we can see and those that are behind the walls. We are very happy with the final result, and we would recommend Contemporary Bath.

Tyler really listened to what we wanted and provided a plan and quote based on our discussion. The scope was a full kitchen, 1-1/2 bathrooms and a fireplace conversion from wood to gas. He measured twice and all the cabinets fit perfectly. His office staff was patient while we made design choices and on time for our meetings. The work was beautifully implemented and work areas were cleaned up each day. We were a bit concerned towards the end of the job as it appeared to be rushed, but they were back within two weeks to finish up the minor outstanding items. One cabinet door was damaged in shipping and one piece of granite was cut incorrectly and both of these items were replaced quickly. We are extremely happy with the end result.

Contemporary Bath and Kitchen completed a complete renovation of my main bathroom, partial renovation on my 1/2 bath, front entry tiles, fireplace tiles and hearth, kitchen floor, kitchen counters and backsplash and a complete painting of the main level. I found CB&K to be extremely professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the renovation. They completed the work in the timeframe discussed intially at the consultation. I hired Contemporary Bath Kitchen and Lighting Center to do a major renovation in my condo. They completely gutted and renovated 2 1/2 baths, tiled the entryway and laundry room and repainted my laundry room and pantry. The people at contemporary were welcoming, listened to what I wanted and helped me to create a fantastic upgrade to my home. During the initial consultation at my home, they were able to give me ideas of possible options to optimize the space available and include the features I wanted. The cost estimate was completed in two weeks and was thorough and accurate. The designer was very creative, knowledgeable and assisted me throughout the process. She showed me lots of options for every choice I had to make (tiles, custom vanity style/color, granite, tile design, grout color, fixtures, lighting, etc...). I was very selective and changed my mind a few times before making my final decision. The designer was patient and let me take my time. I had a two person team that completed the actual physical renovation in my home.They were knowledgeable, professional and highly skilled. I appreciated that they started and stayed on my job until it was done. Only two people did all the work, so I didn't have a parade of contractors in my home and I got to know them. They were pleasant, consistently on the job and always took care to clean up after themselves everyday. I was able to live in my house during the reno with no problem. They worked for 2 months and the job came in on time and on budget. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone!! Many of my friends have used them as well and been very happy with the results. I would use them again in the future.

Contemporary Bathrooms have renovated all three of our bathrooms on two separate projects. We were most impressed with the fantastic job on our first bathroom that we had no problem on deciding who would renovate the other two bathrooms. From start to finish there was great work ethic, pride in the design, cleanliness, and attention to detail. We have already recommended Contemporary Bathrooms to family and friends and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again. Although we have never had any issues with any of the craftsmanship, Contemporary Bathrooms provides a one-year warranty for their work which adds another level of comfort.

Contemporary came recommended to us by friends and the entire process beginning to end has been relatively effortless. The job was fairly big and consisted of a complete upgrade of our master bathroom (bath tub, shower, vanities, granite counters, mirrors, tile floors/back splashes, toilets etc), an upgrade in a 1/2 bathroom (toilet, tile floors, granite counter tops), as well as re-tiling a laundry room floor, a new sink, counter top and back splash along with a difficult pantry to tile. Tyler and all the Contemporary people were very helpful in selecting the right products and colour choices to bring the project all together. The thing that impressed us most was the quality of workmanship and the effort to keep the construction mess to a minimum. As work was progressing Alden and Brian would present options on how to lay tile or position the new bath tub for both functionality, cleaning and visual purposes to ensure the best results. Very much appreciated. From a timing perspective the job has taken a little longer than expected do some missed measurements on mirrors, some additional accessories we added on and some vacation time. We would not hesitate to use Contemporary Bath and Kitchens again.

We had our master bathroom renovated by Contemporary Bath ...Tyler, Sherri and his whole team were very responsive to our needs and made excellent suggestions. I changed my mind about the main shower tile when it was delivered. Sherri came out immediately and made a quick change that I approved of and didn't affect the timing of our project. Yes, I would recommend them and use them again for my main bathroom.

We chose Contemporary to do our recent ensuite bathroom renovation because of the way they showed interest in our project, they provided us a detailed quote of the job and were competitively priced. Contemporary also provided us with a list of references of clients we could contact (which we did). We checked their rating with BBB and found no issues anywhere. This assurance made us feel confident they could handle our project. Our project was to gut and renovate with modern and updated fixtures and finishes. We were pleased the way the job site was cleaned up everyday and workman's tools were safely stowed away. As with every project, unforeseen issues arise and it was easy to come to an agreement with Contemporary on a solution. What we appreciated most was once we had paid in full they continued to make our project a priority to complete. They stayed with us till the project was completed to our satisfaction.
