TCS exceeded my expectations, completing my office lab renovation on time and on budget. They were totally professional from the first meeting, through the demo and construction phases, and in all inspections and follow throughs. I highly recommend without reservation.

We added a 1st floor primary suite and detached garage. We are very happy with the way our project turned out! BA and her team were great, very responsive and their attention to detail was outstanding. As with any project this size there were issues but the sign of a good contractor is how the issues were dealt with and resolved. In this aspect TCS exceeded our expectations. We would and will work with TCS on another project.

B.A. and her team of professionals did an amazing job building our 4-season sunroom. They converted our screened-in porch and added an additional room to give us an extra large sunroom. Tall sliding windows provide a room full of light that is heated and air conditioned.

Exceptional Remodel Experience with TCS! We recently completed a full-home remodel with TCS (Total Construction Services) and couldn’t be happier with the results. From day one, BA Eagles, the owner, impressed us with her professionalism, transparency, and commitment to quality. Our Project Manager, Cliff, was outstanding — organized, responsive, and always on top of every detail. His calm and proactive approach made the entire process incredibly smooth. The remodel included a full kitchen renovation, refinished hardwood floors, updated lighting, interior paint, and a beautiful new railing and balusters. Every element was completed with care and precision. All of the subcontractors were top-notch — skilled, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. The craftsmanship throughout the home is exceptional. We’ve had so many compliments and always say the same thing: work with TCS. We’re incredibly grateful to BA, Cliff, and the entire team for bringing our vision to life!

Amazing experience with BA and the whole team at TCS. We had 900 square feet of unfinished space on our second floor and had been unsure how to best use the space. After a great consultation that included each of the contractors, we had a solid plan. The project went unbelievably smooth and we were able to stay (and work) inside the house with minimal disruption. TCS maintained communication throughout the process and the project completed ahead of schedule. We couldn’t be happier with the results! The whole family is enjoying two new bedrooms and a spacious new family room. Thanks, TCS!

B.A., Cliff and their team of subcontractors were a dream to work with! Our project consisted of a Master Bath renovation and completion of an unfinished attic space on our 2nd floor. From start to finish, they had excellent communication, they were very thorough and were extremely helpful guiding us through the entire process. They have a superb line-up of subcontractors and everyone was respectful of schedules and did a wonderful job keeping our home as tidy as they could during the process. This is the most organized construction company I have had the opportunity to work with. B.A. and her entire team are very organized, prompt, and easy to work with. The communication aspect of this company is unparalleled. Everyone working in my home was very well versed in the expectations and set timelines scheduled. I was given a printed timeline/schedule for work…. It was spot on. My husband and I were amazed at how well everyone worked together and how the schedule for completion was upheld. You can definitely tell there is respect within the team. Financially, there were no surprises. Before construction began we had an itemized account for the job. With each change we added, we were presented the cost in writing to approve. We will definitely use TCS for upcoming projects. After using TCS, I can’t imagine using someone else. The two bathrooms we had remodeled are beautiful.
