My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

My kitchen cabinet installation has taken already 14 months and it’s still not done. She took my money and ran. I was left with an incomplete kitchen that doesn’t have all the kitchen cabinet doors. I wouldn’t hire here again! In the picture you see what she considers completed kitchen cabinet installation.

We gutted our kitchen, pulled down a wall and opened it up. Tracy led us through the entire project and made sure every minor item was completed satisfactorily to the end. Cabinets were the biggest, most expensive item and we were amazed at the time and attention to every measured detail taken to ensure perfection. As she told us, there are always small issues but she went out of her way to take care of every one of them. We were so glad to have her help with the project and would absolutely recommend her service.

It was a pleasure to work with Tracy. She truly listened to what we wanted and provided selection guidance and advice that was very valuable. The cabinetry was solid, beautiful and practical. Tracy's attention to detail made our kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom cabinetry projects proceed on schedule with no glitches. She was extremely easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely work with her on any other future project we might have.
