We worked with this company in 2022 to install new windows and a whole-home fan in my condo. Unfortunately, the windows began leaking within a year. While the issue was repaired under the 1-year warranty, it was a frustrating experience. Recently, we reached out to them again for a new project in our new home, including two sliding glass doors, a whole-home fan, an electrical panel upgrade, and solar panels with a Tesla battery. After comparing multiple quotes, their price for the solar panels and battery was significantly higher than others, so we decided to proceed only with the sliding glass doors. When we received the contract for the doors, the price was higher than the initial quote. When I inquired, I was told this was due to choosing their 12-month interest-free financing option. This was the first time they mentioned a "cash discount," and it was never disclosed during the quoting process. Per the Truth in Lending Act, businesses are not allowed to discriminate based on payment method, and this felt like an unfair, retroactive fee. Even after deciding to pay cash to avoid the higher price, the company informed me they wouldn’t take on our project unless we also committed to the solar panels. At no point were we told the quoted price was contingent on bundling services, nor was this reflected in the quote or contract provided. This company lacks transparency in pricing and engages in questionable business practices. They changed the terms of the agreement and ultimately refused our business when we declined the larger project. I would not recommend working with them.

My wife and I were on a search to find a contractor who can remodel our outdated kitchen. After interviewing for different contractors we decided to hire TreeiumI for out kitchen remodeling project and I am extremely impressed with their work. They provided us a 3-D design initially which helped us visualize what our kitchen will look like with all of the updates. I hired Treeium to prepare engineering plans for a remodel with the intent of using them for the construction. From the date I approved plans until Treeium submitted them to the city was almost 3 months May 19 to Aug 9. Plans were insufficient - did not include electrical, egress from bedrooms, forms for address of new ADU, among other things. The City contacted Treeium on the day of submission to tell them of several omissions. Another list of items was brought to my attention by a contractor who submitted a bid. When I asked Treeium they said the plans were fine as is (ie the items mentioned were not required) but if I wanted these items added they would do so for additional charge. In addition to the technical incompetence Treeium repeatedly deceived me on the status of the project by telling me they had submitted items to the city when in fact they hadn't. I have written emails from both Treeium and the City where Treeium tells me it was done and the City says it wasn't. The City engineer in one case even emailed Treeium several times asking for a form and a minor correction and Treeium ignored his emails while telling me it had been done. The City has provided me with a timeline of their communication with Treeium , copies of emails, and dates of Treeium submittals. As a result my construction was delayed by months and because I relied on Treeium's word I rented a house and moved out anticipating a permit to be forthcoming. I eventually had to hire another engineer and am still awaiting the City to review corrections the 2nd engineer made to Treeium's plans. I am out tens of thousands of dollars and months of time and Treeium has yet to respond to any of my requests for explanation after weeks of asking them. They do however continue to send me bills for unfinished plans. I'm almost in my 2nd month of rent in the temporary house and still no permit (Today is Nov 22). In fact the City's most recent list of corrections said that due to the poor condition and volume of missing items on the plans Treeium submitted that plan review would likely take longer than usual and require another list of corrections - almost like they are punishing us for incompetence and for ignoring them. To reiterate I have written proof of Treeium's deception. I am not one to normally complain this brutally but because I relied heavily on the Houzz brand when hiring Treeium and you will too I must warn you to take this seriously and buyer beware. Sadly I will most likely end up having to hire an attorney to get this resolved. Please hire someone else.

Wonderful Company, staff and construction workers are very competent, and courteous. They are working fast and are on time and schedule. Can do everything from Planning, Permitting and Construction. They doing great work and quality construction and are always making sure everything is communicated. My project manager is Lior Lazarovich, he is extremely helpful and very responsive. So far they helped me with planning, financing and we started construction. (The project Completion date refers to the end of the planning and permitting process). The planning and permitting took a little longer than we expected with my city, Treeium was always very proactive in helping resolve any permitting roadblocks on the city side and approval was granted in a regular to short timeframe for my area. Best decision to hire them.

The team at Treeium and specifically our Sr. Project Manager, Lior Lazarovich, were outstanding in their work, knowledge and timelines. My wife and I had a bad experience with a previous home remodel and Lior knew this and kept us abreast of everything - we appreciated the daily check-ins, upfront pricing details and quality he provided. We redid our entire home and were able to move back in within the timeline we discussed. I'd absolutely work with Treeium again and highly recommend them to anyone. It can be scary picking a contractor so I'm happy we found a good one in Treeium

My kitchen remodel is so beautiful! The project manager communicated effectively so were kept informed of timelines and next steps. Our designer listed to what we wanted and helped us create our dream kitchen! All of the contractors were very professional and treated my home respectively.

I had an absolute blast doing my kitchen remodel with Beatris Gross. she was absolutely fantastic. Confident, professional, knowledgeable, and with a real eye for design choices, the kitchen looks even better than I would have hoped. she had a real knack for not only answering all of my questions, but taking what my wife and I wanted to do with our kitchen and making it part of the whole project. Absolutely I will be working with her again for any remodeling projects.

Treeium and specifically Beatris Gross and her entire team are worth every penny. No matter the size of the project you can tell they all care about the details and doing things right the first time. I never had to wonder if this work was up to code. They are experts and artists in what they do and every single crew was respectful, skilled, and honest. We have found our contractor for every other project. We needed someone to guide us through the kitchen renovation process and we found that in Beatris. We love our new kitchen and can’t wait for future work!

Our home renovation couldn’t have been completed without the great work from Treeium. We added 400+ sq ft to our home, turning it from a 3 bed/2bath to 4 bed/2 bath, large open concept with new kitchen & dining room. Like any home reno, there were some unexpected items, but Sam & the team worked with us to prioritize what we wanted and needed. We love how everything turned out!! I highly recommend this team!

Treeium recently completed the remodel of a portion of my home and a detached garage to create two apartments (ADUs). Unfortunately, my experience was very negative and fraught with tension, disagreement, and arguments. Most importantly, the project was scheduled to be completed in 3.5 months but took over 7 months to complete, without a reasonable cause for the delay. Additionally, they repeatedly touted their years of experience and expertise, which caused me great concern when I discovered that their contract’s payment schedule forced me to pay large sums of money for work that had not been completed. On a positive note, their sales pitch and marketing are exceptional.

We used Treeium for a complete new kitchen and bathroom. From the start to the finish, we were guided along each step of the way by Beatris, the wonderful project manager, who worked on it! She was there to assist us with every single decision that we had to make! She gave us details about each product and offered excellent suggestions, and then allowed us to make the final decision. She is very knowledgeable about everything that her job entails and extremely precise with even the small details, thus assuring that the end results will be exceptional!! We loved her for that! Over the duration of the project, she also showed kindness and consideration in that she willingly made adjustments to do things at a later time of the day to suit our schedule, and even assisted us in getting a driving cart in the stores when necessary, due to health issues! Overall, we think that Beatris went ‘above and beyond’ the requirements of her job, and we are absolutely pleased with the job done! We would definitely recommend Treeium and Beatris to everyone!!! We are so delighted to have a beautiful new kitchen and bathroom!
