Horrible experience. Because Treeland captured my address incorrectly on the order by 1 digit my trees were not installed. The truck was out front of my house, all utilities lines were located, but they couldn’t install because a S was mistaken for a 5??? I took off work to get this done. The company lost money and I wasted a day of vacation because of an incorrect digit. WOW!

Very difficult company to work with. I tried to give a tree to a friend as a house warming gift and Treeland made that process extremely difficult. I have purchased many trees from Treeland in the past but will not make this mistake again.

Cracked a hose for a bubbler and a PVC pipe connection underground when they came to stake the new tree. Even after I showed them where the lines were when they arrived. They failed to test the sprinklers and the lines before leaving. When I called them to tell them that I had a big leak, they told me they were not liable. I told them that I showed the workers where thet hose and underground water pipes were, but they said they're still not liable. Unprofessional and shady! Needless to say, there are a lot of trees in our new subdivision needing to be replaced and I will not be referring them to any of our neighbors! They also packed a lot of the old clay and mud and dirt around the perimeter of the tree instead of taking it with them when I really needed to have organic compost and mulch there instead. Arborist came out and said the tree company was lazy and should have taken it with them. It just suffocates the tree. The tree company should have known better! Very very dissatisfied with their work! We had to pay for a separate sprinkler repair irrigation service company to come out and fix both issues. Cost an extra $200. We live in Frisco and a subdivision called edge stone

At the last minute, our daughter asked if we could find a beautiful Red Oak to be planted at their house they move into next week! Impossible? From the moment we arrived at Treeland Nursery to the shaking of hands with their installation crew, this proved an outstanding company. Professional, knowledgeable, and very willing to help. They planted early and within budget. Cannot rank them too highly. Great job all around. Thank you so much.

Hubby promised to replace trees lost during excavation for new home and pond. Promise fulfilled! Treeland is a great place to do business. From the initial meet and greet, to choosing from the vast selection of trees, to their planting by the knowledgeable and professional crew, the experience was super. They made the whole experience a pleasure. I can't wait to go back for more! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

This is THE BEST large tree grower and business in the greater north Texas area. You pay a fair price and get the best quality trees. We went to Treeland to purchase two trees and ended up buying four. There are very few owner operator business like this one that take pride in their business and with their customers. Treeland came to plant our trees exactly as scheduled and the crew was professional and cleaned up after the trees were planted. We will be back in the fall to purchase more trees! Great experience!

I'm very happy I discovered Treeland. They are extremely professional, yet still very user friendly. They put you at ease and answer all questions and concerns regarding your landscaping needs. I did comparison priced and found Treeland to be most competitive with superior product. I will recommend them to friends and use them again in the future.

A friend of my husband's suggested we use Treeland Nursery as he had ordered several trees from them and always had a good experience with them. The ordering process was easy. We were able to look at their inventory on-line and select the type of tree we wanted and the size. Treeland communicated everything by email and made it simple. The day they delivered, they were in and out quickly, digging the hole for the tree and planting it. They explained clearly how to care for it and the tree is doing great so far. Would highly recommend Treeland Nursery.

Great family run business. The folks here are knowledgeable and friendly but not pushy. The inventory is huge and good looking. They were also very responsive to any questions and concerns we had after our purchase. The resident goats on the property are an unexpected treat.

Working with Treeland was a joy from the first time we drove up to their nursery. We were so impressed with how organized and beautiful the nursery was and very impressed with the two young men that drove us around to look at trees. They were polite, professional and very knowledgeable, and what a vast amount of trees to choose from. When the trees were delivered, the crew was the same, polite, professional and courteous. When they finished planting, everything was cleaned up and it looked like they had never been there except we had three new beautiful healthy trees. So glad we found them and will probably never work with anyone else for our tree needs.
