THE Remodel Group is a full-service design-build firm located in the Portland, OR area striving to build not only beautiful homes but everlasting relationships with our clients. Providing the area with 10+ years of service has given us the expertise to do a variety of different projects. From basements converted to living spaces to expanding the square footage of an already existing space –THE Remodel Group has done it all. We are always hard at work behind the scenes. From the first initial phone call & consultation to the completion of the project we want you to feel like a part of the process. As you share your wants and needs with us, we carefully listen – along with our design team we take those ideas with your budget in mind and show you what your dream could look like. Once the design has been chosen, we kick in to gear all the parts and pieces that will make up your project. We give you a timeline and do our absolute best to accomplish the work, we refuse to cut corners or sacrifice quality. This includes cleaning up every day on the job site to limit the amount of disruption to your home. Our team takes great pride in our work and we are never satisfied until every detail is accomplished and there is a smile on your face. Our team has the skill and capability to take these projects from start to finish effortlessly. There is a passion to create within us all and that is why we love sharing what we can do with our clients. We want these spaces to be enjoyed by friends and family for years.

We recently completed our very first remodel project on our home in Portland and could not be more pleased we chose TRG. It started as a smaller kitchen remodel but ended up being a whole house structural remodel because TRG was able to make our downstairs layout make sense and even add a breakfast nook I never thought we could get. They have top-notch communication, the kindest and most professional staff, and a down-to-earth quality that made us feel like partners. We’ve heard horror stories of people going with a contractor who came in with a low bid but then ended up getting either poor quality or excessive bills later on. Everything was transparent from start to finish with TRG and we could not be happier with how our home turned out - new bright and open kitchen, gorgeous bathroom, and a custom-made breakfast nook and laundry area. Thank you for helping us love our home, Erich, Taylor, Kaitlyn, and Steve!

I had such a wonderful experience with THE Remodel Group! I live in a 1960’s house that needed an update on the flooring and most of all the fireplace. Steve met with me and walked through what I was hoping to achieve. All the processes of the remodel were done exactly in the timeframe set forth in the proposal. I was so happy with all the contractors who worked in my house. The contractors were respectful, very nice and most of all did beautiful work. My fireplace was transformed from a word burning fireplace to a gas fireplace. The gas fireplace I chose had an arch on the top, which I loved. Steve worked with me to get the mantle I had in mind that also had an arch, emphasizing the beauty of both. The carpenter who created the mantle was amazing and so talented. I am so grateful for The Remodel Group for making my vision come true. I love the new look of my mantle, fireplace and flooring. I am a very happy person!!!

THE Remodel Group is an amazing company work with. I've had the pleasure working with them the last few years on all sorts of projects, from decks to home additions and remodels. Working with them is easy for the fact that they're all professionals and show up every day with a good attitude. I highly recommend giving this company a chance to show you what they can do. I speak personally about Mike. He came to me with the understanding of what his customers wanted. We were able to keep the price down and the homeowners got everything they wanted and more. that's the type of person he is and this company's direction to making sure their customer is happy with the work done. We've just completed the design phase of our Kitchen & Half Bath Remodel in Beaverton and the process and team have been wonderful. Steve and the entire team were easy to work with and helpful throughout the planning; from understanding our goals, outlining potential pitfalls and setting realistic budgets, the collaboration has been great. Their designer Kaitlyn is professional and kind and lovely to work with-excited now to move to the construction phase!
