We just completed a project with Chad, George and Gil with Trigg Builders and I can't say enough how much we appreciated these guys. They were very professional and communicated very clearly their expectations and feedback with our team throughout the project. They created an environment where we felt we were all on the same team to ultimately provide a high level product to the customer. I would choose to work with them on anything they needed our help for in the future.

We had a horrible experience with Trigg for our remodel / complete gut. What started with excitement and trust quickly turned into months of delays, poor communication and disappointing workmanship. Key elements were either left unfinished or had to be corrected—sometimes more than once—and it often felt like we were managing the project ourselves rather than being guided by professionals. For the scope and cost of the job, the lack of accountability and attention to detail was incredibly frustrating. We’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars more trying to repair the issues that were left behind. We also received invoices that lacked detail and were never clearly explained, despite repeated requests. It often felt like we were being asked to pay without understanding what the charges were for, which added to the overall frustration and eroded our trust. I wouldn’t recommend Trigg based on our experience. If you do move forward, document everything in writing and be prepared to advocate for yourself throughout the process.

We had a very good experience with Trigg Builders and our near total home renovation and addition. Chad Trigg and Co. executed on an extensive project with enthusiasm; pulling in creative and skilled sub-contractors to tackle the task. His knowledge, familiarity, quiver of resources and forthcoming attitude made manageable, what otherwise may have been a very stressful evolution.

We had Trigg redo our primary bathroom. They went above and beyond our expectations with their professionalism, communication and the quality of work. We couldn’t be happier with how the project went from start to finish.

Me and my wife had just bought our second house and knew it needed some renovations. We called Chad over at Trigg Builders and had him come draw us up some plans with different ideas. Once we picked out the materials and the floor plan we wanted to go with, they were all over it. Demolition started immediately. They tidied up each day, so as not to have a huge mess laying around for us to dodge since we were living in the home while they were doing the work, and it was an extensive project on multiple floors. once everything was down to the studs new walls started going up quickly and precisely how we wanted. The floors were sanded and refinished. The new tile and fixtures we picked out were installed. The master bedroom and closet which was once a den covered in 80,s style wood panels and a very dated bedroom were converted into a massive master bedroom and huge walk-in closet with wall-to-wall shelving an island and enough shoe racks for a shoe store, which made the wife very happy. Everything was completed in a very timely manner and kept clean throughout the process. The workmanship was some of the best I have seen. I would definitely recommend Trigg Builders for any home renovation.

While it was a small project (townhome update), Chad/Trigg Builders were excellent to work with and completed the projects in a timely fashion. Good attention to detail and kept me updated throughout the process. I'm happy to recommend them and will use them in the future.
