TRU Exteriors

We had 3 quotes to have our siding replaced with Hardy Board. We went with True Exteriors because of the professionalism and service. Quotes were all within similar ranges. I was able to go to their showroom and select everything with Chris who was excellent at pulling everything together to get the look we were going for. Marin the installer was exceptional. We had people stopping by on a daily basis commenting on his attention to detail and quality of work, Our house is very tall with lots of corners and difficult edges and Marin pieced everything together perfectly. I am thrilled with the end result. As our neighbours’ say, “it is transformative.” Highly recommend True Exteriors. Their entire team from start to finish is excellent.

Had galvalume metal and Hardie board siding done. It looks great! They seemed to be good at problem-solving too. My house had several challenges to work with, and they still managed to do a great job !

From start to finish, the craftsmanship and professionalism of Tru Exteriors were evident in every interaction and the quality of their work. The job was started in late November, which meant there were issues related to weather... couldn't be helped. The Tru professionWe used Tru Exteriors to refurbish the exterior of our home. The best part of using Tru was the feeling of competence from every interaction. Not once did we feel they were anything but excellent, and they strived to instil a sense of trust, a scarce thing in the contractor's marketplace these days. In conclusion, I would use Tru again in a heartbeat. I wholeheartedly endorse Tru Exteriors for your exterior renovation needs.

5/5 Stars! Picking a contractor for any project can be a challenge, that alone during a pandemic. Our home is a fixer upper, in a great inner city of Calgary location. Everyone at Tru Exteriors was a pleasure to do business with. The Tru Exterior customer service experience was on point. Our garage siding project was completed to a high level. We are enjoying our garage now and will for many years! Thank you all again for going the extra mile in our pandemic crisis. We look forward to getting the house sided! What a pleasure to work with TRU Exteriors! They installed James Hardie siding on our home (Aged Pewter colour). Check out the results in the pictures attached! Excellent communication from first contact to the final walk around. The quality of work was simply outstanding with attention to all the small details. The on-site crew was very respectful of our home: a thorough site clean up every night, music not played too loud, checking in with our neighbours for noise. Easy to recommend TRU Exteriors. Chris and Colin from Tru Exteriors were some of the best contractors I have dealt with over the past year having done a complete renovation. As part of the exterior work they were installing Longboard and Hardy board to update the exterior of the house. Because I did not have time to provide a detailed drawing of what I wanted the exterior to look like I asked them to use their judgment given their experience and I can say they did not disappoint. I was thrilled with the choices they made and the end result look fantastic. Knowing how difficult it is to trust and find contractors that do what they say they will do is arduous but these guys came highly recommended to me and I am passing along the good word for the work for these guys do. Thank you both - I will see you on my next project

The crew from TRU replaced some faulty exterior metal panels on our home that had been negligently installed by our general contractor. They were incredibly courteous and professional and did a great job of fixing the problem. Moreover, they provided us the much needed assurance that our new panels would not fail and that they had been installed correctly. We fully intend to use TRU again on some other exterior deficiencies that we need fixed on our new home. Wishing we had known about TRU in the first place! TRU's services on our project included removal of old stucco, soffit, fascia, eaves-trough and downspouts; installation of James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding, and new soffit, fascia, eaves-trough and downspouts on our enlarged bungalow. Tru's crew were respectful of ourselves and our property, hardworking and produced a high quality result at reasonable cost. Their team lead, David, was persnickety about defects and made very thorough inspections during and at completion of the work. All imperfections were corrected leaving a very fine end product. We continue to receive complements from neighbors and friends on the pleasing appearance of our home. We unreservedly recommend anyone wanting James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding or soffit, fascia, eaves-trough and downspout installation services to call Tru for a consultation.
