Tom helped us remodel our entire downstairs, mainly the kitchen. Tom was great to work with from quote to finish. He was very clear and realistic about the project, and provided excellent insights and ideas along the way. He went out of his way to communicate with me and my wife all through the process, so we always felt we knew exactly what was going on. In the end our downstairs and especially our kitchen blew away our expectations. Highly recommended, and he has done some great work for friends I have referred him to. He will be our first call when we remodel our upstairs.

I purchased my home in Laguna Beach in 2015 with the intention of completely remodeling it. I interviewed several contractors but thank my lucky stars that I hired Tom and his crew to do the work. Tom was professional and delightful to work with. My home was completed within the timeframe he promised which in itself is a miracle given the pandemic and difficulty in getting supplies and fixtures. He is a problem solver extraordinaire. Tom also came up with some great design ideas as I did not really have a finished concept in mind when construction began. It was fun to collaborate with him and even though I am now in my forever home, I would not hesitate to work with him again. His subs were polite and professional, the worksite areas were clean and safe to visit, and everyone one of the people who aided in the construction was courteous. I cannot recommend Tom Simpson highly enough.

Regularly used them when termite inspection was their primary focus. They were always reasonably priced for my clients, and offered very helpful solutions to the problems they uncovered.
