Turn Key of Charleston was founded 2006. Our main focus was interior and exterior painting but have partnered with many general contractors throughout South Carolina. We realized over the years that homeowners and investors alike have difficulty finding reliable and honest contractors. We refocused our business 2008 around single family home rentals due to the economic downturn.
