I have worked with Tim Ellis and the family for years now as my premier contractors and they have always exceeded my expectations, which are already quite high. In fact, I asked Tim to join me in a non-profit/ fundraising project for the Chesapeake Bay Cancer Alliance for a decorator show house at the Rockfield Manor in Bel Air. Together, we not only transformed that kitchen but we were able to receive the first Green Certified Renovated Kitchen in the country. Our objective was to increase overall living space, update the kitchen, new siding and roof. Interior remodel to include hardwood floors, remodel existing bathroom, add master bedroom and bath, expand living room/den space, add 1st floor laundry room. Demo interior walls to open up the space. Add a front entrance portico and new entry door. We increased our living space from just under 1300 sq' to around 2100 sq'. We met with Tim Ellis to discuss our vision and told Tim we wanted to create that 'WOW factor' for our house. His reply was 'That's all we do'. The nicest group of people you will ever work with.
