Two Hands Interiors specializes in creating artful, unique spaces that marry function with style. With an eye towards comfort and livability, we design homes and businesses that reflect the inspiration and personalities of our clients. We favor story and patina over perfection. We believe the best interiors are livable and yet inspiring, telling a story - reflecting the personalities and passions of their inhabitants. We listen to our clients, ask the right questions, and then co-create an interior that balances beauty with livability. Art inspires us, and informs our process inherently. We create spaces that are collected; grounded in tradition but appreciating playfullness and whimsy. Our approach for commercial interiors offers boutique customer service, grounded in relationship with our clients. We enjoy creating outstanding environments that express a brand and company aesthetic. Our corporate work is anything but expected, and we love a challenge and getting out of the box. Why Two Hands? The etiology of our name flows from our founder’s work as a fine art sculptor. Meant to imply literally a ‘hands on’ approach, the name today carries with it our desire to create interiors organically - to collect and curate rather than follow a formula.

Two Hands Design and Bryn completely transformed my bedroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The space is not only beautiful but also feels like a dream to live in—I truly look forward to going to sleep in it every night. I asked Rachel to renovate our basement to meet the needs of our family ages 2 to 72. She and Kim worked with us to make it a place everyone wanted to hang out - not just the grandkids. The space is beautiful and functional. She merged a stylish adult space with a children’s play space. All of the toy and game storage needs were addressed with a custom designed recessed bookcase and a huge sectional created seating for everyone. We love it!

I have worked with Rachel, Bryn and Karen on many renovation projects at our home for several years. Their design, creativity, professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched. They always made me feel like their most important client. We absolutely love everything they have done, which is almost every room in our home. We continue to get compliments on their work. Rachel and Bryn were just amazing. They took a small house and made it just spectacular. Everyone who goes in the "little house" loves it. The colors are warm and comforting and decorations that they found were just right. This was a very big project, but they made it all seem very seamless. What I loved most about Two Hands Interiors is that they tried to understand what my style was instead of impose their own style on me. They would show me several options and I would be able to select from those or ask for additional options. Two Hands quickly learned what I liked and didn't like. They have truly wonderful taste. For example, Two Hands absolutely nailed the selection of material for drapery and wallpaper on the first try. They also showed me light fixtures that I would not have selected on my own but now love. I also appreciated their guidance on what options would be the best for resale. As the project continued, I learned to trust their judgment and am truly delighted with the final product. They were also willing to change options according to our budget.
