I selected Ultra Windows to replace 40 windows in my home, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. We recently moved to our current house and had 29 new windows installed by Ultra Windows to replace the original single pane windows. The entire process was outstanding from start to finish. We got several quotes from other companies and even though Ultra wasn’t the cheapest, we decided to go with them because of the installation process. Aaron Ross was who came to our house to give the quote, explain the different types of windows, and how they did installation. He was very knowledgeable, explained all of my options clearly, and took time to educate and answer all of my questions. The installation crew was absolutely exceptional and far exceeded my expectations! The team lead, George/Jorge, was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions and concerns I had during the removal and installation process. They covered everything with plastic and cleaned up well inside and outside after each day. I cannot recommend Ultra Windows enough!!! I can confidently say this because we used another well known window company 9 months prior, to replace some windows in our previous house. The installation was night and day when compared to Ultra. The other company was like a NASCAR pit crew and was in and out so fast. I found glass inside and outside of the house for days after the installation. Thankfully none of my kids stepped on any of it! We did have this same company come give us a quote before getting the quote from Ultra Windows and choose to go with Ultra because of how they explained their installation. There are a handful of windows that we did not replace because they were newer and not the original single pane windows. When it comes time to replace them, we will definitely be using Ultra Windows again!

We replaced approximately 50 windows in our home with Okna 500 DX double hung vinyl windows. The windows are beautiful, quiet and our home feels very comfortable. We talked with at least three different window dealers and considered NT presidential windows as well as Anderson. We absolutely made the best decision! While the window quality is important, who installs them is equally if not more important. Randy and his crew are honest, professional and very attentive to details. They were in our home for 6 days and each day when they left, their tools were neatly stored and there was no trash anywhere. In this day and age, it is refreshing to find a company that prides itself in quality work and great customer service.

I highly recommend Ultra Windows - we were looking for thermally broken aluminum windows to replace all the windows in our house. I had previously gotten bids from 2 other companies but I was not comfortable with the expertise provided and both companies tried to sell us a different product than what we requested. Randy came to our house, listened, and provided excellent suggestions! His installation crew was top notch and the new windows look great!

Randy contacted me the next day to check in and see how everything went which was great. Everything went great over the weekend. The new windows look great as well. I did not realize how much of a difference it was going to make temperature wise in the house. It has eliminated hot/cold spots in the house. I love that I can open curtains and let light in without letting in a huge amount of heat. All of the workers took very good care of our house inside and out. All of them were very respectful and kind as well. We are very happy with the product and would recommend Ulrta Windows to anyone looking to replace their windows as well. I highly recommend Ultra Windows if you are replacing your windows. This past January, they installed 31 windows in our home. We selected Don Young thermally broken aluminum windows with perimeter grids (also called modified prairie grid). I had multiple quotes from five or six vendors, and I researched each vendor and window offering thoroughly. I chose Ultra Windows because of the positive reviews and positive comments on forums, high rating with the Better Business Bureau, and because of the owner Randy’s knowledge about proper window installation and window construction. Randy was very patient in explaining all of the positive and negative aspects of each type of window and in assisting us in making the best selection for our home. Randy’s team was courteous and respectful of our home and belongings. Randy uses the same people on his team and has been working with them for years. The foreman, George, was great about communicating and asking questions when needed on my preferences for certain aspects of the installation. George did a thorough inspection of each window at the end of the job. He noticed a scratch on the inside of one of the windows that I didn’t even notice and ordered a replacement window. Randy would not accept the final payment until the replacement window was installed and I was completely satisfied with the work. This shows his level of commitment to producing excellent work. While I was pretty nervous about replacing my windows, I am so glad we had the work done because we LOVE our new windows! They are very well made and look beautiful, and I expect many years of enjoyment of these windows.

The crew from Ultra Windows replaced 12 windows in my home. The discussion with the owner when defining the work was very professional and highly informative. There was no sales pressure to pick a particular product, but all available window products were discussed completely and impartially. After the bid was accepted, the crew arrived on time and completed the work in a very timely, efficient, and professional manner. The work site was properly cleaned, and great care was taken while the work was in progress to avoid damage to surrounding areas of the house and yard. This was the second job I scheduled with Ultra Windows, after having them replace 14 windows in 2010. I was highly satisfied with the professionalism and end results in both cases

Ultra Windows is the cream of the crop when it comes to home contractors. Randy Swearingen is the owner, and he is fantastic. We had them replace 21 windows in our home in the Spring of 2015. They are a distributor/installer for numerous window manufacturers. He has a great deal of experience and will help you to figure out which line will best suit your needs and budget. He is not pushy at all, and he doesn't try to get you to buy a more expensive window than you want or need. I was very pleased with his installers and the job that they did. They take extra steps to ensure that the windows are properly installed. There are many window installers, but the installation part is more important than the actual windows chosen. Ultra Windows has an excellent reputation in the industry. I had four bids for the same line of windows, and their price was very reasonable for the quality of installation and service provided. I have recommended them to many people. I managed my own complete remodel down to the studs, so I have dealt with many contractors. It doesn't get better than Randy at Ultra Windows.

I heartily recommend Ultrawindows. I replaced approx 40 windows in my house in two phases. I went through the process of getting quotes. I had to endure a seemingly endless parade of windows salesman, with their combination of trickery (the heat lamp), vague promises (if there's a hurricane well replace all your windows), fear mongering (none of those other companies do background checks on their workers), and poor technical knowledge (just try to get them to explain the installation details). Prices were all over the place, from the initial high price, to the "today only" special price, to the desperation price once it appeared they would not get the job. Ultrawindows was a breath of fresh air. They recommended a product that best fit my needs. Their price wasn't the low bid, but it was reasonable. Their installation crew was prompt, professional, polite, and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. I had one special window that had to be fabricated. The crew leader noticed when he picked it up that the dimension wasn't exactly right. Before I even heard about the problem, he had the factory re-make the window with the correct dimension. That kind of attention to detail is impressive. So when it came time to do the second phase of my windows, I didn't look anywhere else. With Ultrawindows I know I'll get good advice, a fair price, and quality work.

Randy and his crew are absolutely the best! I had 25 windows installed almost a year ago and I am extremely happy with the results. One of the best remodel experiences I've had. The customer service is exceptional.

Ultra Windows did a fantastic job on replacing 19 of my existing single pane windows with energy efficient double pane insulated glass windows. They were on time, professional and very careful. I will definitely be calling them back when I decide to replace the other windows in my home I found Randy Swearingen to be very knowledgeable about his product.
