We recently hired Unique Builder's & Development to take on a major exterior repair of our home, and the experience was excellent. Our project was a sizable one. The work totaled more than $45,000 and involved extensive carpentry, the removal and replacement of all exterior wood trim with hardy material, repairs to worn siding and doors, and a full exterior paint job with careful caulking and sealing. They also painted our garage and cabinetry. The job took about four to five weeks, and the crew stayed on schedule. Brandon Moeckel was our main Project Manager, and he made the whole process easier. He was fair, clear, and willing to help in every step. Several repairs came up that were not fully defined in the contract, and he still agreed to take care of them without hesitation. His flexibility and willingness to go beyond the original scope set him apart. Any time an unexpected issue came up, he explained the situation and handled the price adjustments fairly. Josue worked closely with him and checked on the work throughout the project. He was attentive to our questions and made sure everything met the standard we expected. It was clear he cared about the final result. The quality of the finished work speaks for itself, and the professionalism of the team made a demanding project feel manageable. The project manager Ronen and his team did a wonderful job for both my kitchen and bathroom remodeling. The first phase of the project is the kitchen, and the second phase is the master bathroom. I am very satisfied and they are trustworthy. I was out of town a few times, and they still work on their schedule. Their designer Anna helped me to pick the material, and both Ronen and Ana are always available when I need assistance.

The project manager at Unique Builders for our remodel project was Ronen Klinhofer. He and his team did a fantastic job helping us through the design process and then the construction itself. They helped us work through the scope of the project to fit our budget and then jumped into the remodel work. Their construction team was extremely competent, careful to protect other parts of our house, very detailed in their craftsmanship, and expedient in their work. When there were problems with the existing conditions in the house, they worked with us to find solutions, without costly extras or redesigns. They completed the project in less time than we originally estimated, and the final product exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy with the way our remodel project turned out and grateful to Unique Builder's for their handling of the project. My highest recommendations for Ronen and his team.

We used Unique Builders for a complete kitchen remodel and are thrilled with the results. Jakob, our project manager was very attentive, professional and guided us throughout the process. This summer we decided to do a major kitchen renovation. We had 3 bidders and were convinced that we wanted to go with Home Builders (Jakob) right from the start and couldn't have been happier with our decision. Our project included major structural work which I had no concerns that they could handle it just by the caliber of people they brought to do the job. Every one that came to work were masters in their craft and the quality of the end product reflected that. While every project has their challenges, I was extremely impressed with how Jakob handled them and delivered the job. I will have no second thoughts about hiring him again when we do other projects.

Unique Builders, replaced an aluminum carport / sunroom with an integrated carport and converted the sunroom to living space. This required an extensive rebuild of the roof and added a lot of usable attic space. Issues arose, as they always do during a big project (this was weather-related). Unique responded to those issues promptly and completely to our satisfaction. To me that is how you judge a contractor – how they behave when things go south. The work was very high quality. They removed brick, cleaned it and used that brick to make the exterior of the added room blend with the rest of the house so well it is nearly impossible to tell where the new project started and the existing house ended.

I contracted with Unique Builders to help with raising the ceiling 3 feet in one of my garages as well as creating a framed space in the attic next to the same garage. I was looking for a company to primarily perform the framing of the project, along with some minor electrical, plumbing and other mechanical work. I was pleased to find that Unique Builders was willing to work with me on specific parts of the project, rather than insisting on providing a turn key solution like other contractors. Besides minor bumps in the road common to all construction projects, there where no major issues or problems encountered with Unique Builders. Scott Reach, with Unique Builders, is the individual I worked with on my project. Scott was very attentive to the project, checking on the progress of the project regularly. I found Scott very easy to work with, responding to any inquiry within a few hours. I never received any pushback or hesitancy in addressing any issue I had. I would highly recommend asking for and working with Scott on your project.

The very best of the best. We shopped around for a year, with no success, until we found Unique Builders. Words can't express how satisfied my husband and I are pleased with our additional room from start to finish. Jakob, sat down at our kitchen table and explained the entire process and the team was professional, knowledgeable, and always attentive to our needs and preferences. They listened to our ideas and brought them to reality. Jakob, Alex and Daniel also offered valuable suggestions and creative solutions to make the project a success. The project involved adding a floor and a wall to our existing home. Including adding speakers, recessed lighting, outlets, ceiling fans and realigning the air ducts as well, all done successfully. The team handled every aspect of the project, from design to construction without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. I was mostly impressed with the cleaning everyday, sometimes twice a day. The level of communication throughout the process was very impressive, to be commended. Jakob, Alex and Daniel were always available to answer my questions, provide updates, and address any concerns. Jakob was especially transparent about the budget and timeline, which made the process much less stressful. The quality of workmanship was exceptional and we are completely satisfied with the final results. Overall, I highly recommend Unique Builders for any home remodeling project. Their expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail made the process seamless and stress free. The results exceeded our expectations. We now have the Boom Boom Room of our dreams, thanks to the team at Unique Builders.
