We recently worked with Michael -Victory Home Remodeling- on a full remodel of our master bathroom, which included demolition, electrical, plumbing, design, and a complete rearrangement of the layout. It was a big job, and Michael handled everything smoothly from start to finish. This was actually the second time we were working with him. We did our kitchen with him a few years ago while he was with another company. We didn’t hesitate to reach out again when it was time to do the bathroom. He's honest, reliable, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. He holds himself to a high standard and he sticks to his commitments, whether it was something in the contract or just a verbal agreement, he followed through without question. One of the standout moments for me was when a part of the work was already done, up to code and to my satisfaction, but Michael still did a rework to improve it. It was also great working with him and the designer to accommodate unexpected along the way. Michael was flexible, solution-oriented, and never made us feel like changes were a burden. His team was also great to work with. Professional, respectful, and easy to have around. They showed up on time, kept things organized, and treated our home with care.

Tom came to our home, went over everything we wanted, and started work once we agreed on the proposal and got the permits. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The entire team did an excellent job. I had the Victory Home Remodeling team come out to redo the flooring in my home and upgrade 2 bathrooms; the project was a complete remodel. They were changing the floor plan, rerouting the plumbing and electrical lines, and installing new shower cubicles, vanities, toilets, tiles, and other features. The old bathroom spaces had been badly damaged due to water damage from a leak from my old plumbing. They explained everything I needed and were quick with everything they did. I have no more problems, and it looks beautiful.

The workmanship and respectful demeanor of Victory Home Remodeling was a breathe of fresh air. The crews that worked at our home was respectful, efficient and hard-working. From our first contact to completion of the project we were extremely happy with the services provided. Having children in the home it was important that the workspace was cleaned up, and we didn’t even have to worry about it. The crews left and there was nothing left behind. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any sort of work done. We are extremely happy with the results.

Start to finish professionalism was top notch. Each and every person we had contact with answered any and all questions we had and were extremely knowledgeable about the product. All staff kept in contact with us regarding arrival times when they came to meet us. Installers were great craftsmen very professional and got the job done in one day! The crew who showed up to do the work were fast, clean and efficient. Talking with the sales rep was also pretty chill with no pressure and he worked with us to get a monthly payment that would fit within our budget.

They are straight forward and knowledgeable on their product and what's being done. Workers are very respectable and don't cut corners. The work that was done on my home was more that we have imagined. But, never a complaint and when all was said done, the job was done correctly and to its entirety. My wife and I are very pleased and looking forward to the next project.

Victory were very profesional, came in time. Explained to us everything. Our window were beautiful and they cleaned up afterwards and took the old ones with them as if nothing happened but a soundproof, tough, waterproof basement windows. Me and my husband were very satisfied!!

They are quick, very professional and courteous. They installed the windows very smoothly, the measurements are so precise that made the installer’s life so easy and quick. We are very satisfied with the company, from the sales person, the one who did the measurement, the installers and the quality insurance manager they are all great , no problem at all. We’re giving them a big A+, and 5 for the highest grade.
