I’ve had the pleasure of working with the incredible team at Villas Construction over the past year as they completely transformed my sister-in-law’s 40-year-old home. From start to finish, they managed every aspect of the project with professionalism and exceptional craftsmanship. Their work included extensive exterior renovations—stucco repairs, new structural columns at the rear of the house, updated driveway and landscaping, as well as a beautifully redone pool and patio deck. Inside, the transformation was just as impressive. Villas Construction handled a complete overhaul of the interior, including four bathrooms, a stunning new kitchen and wet bar, and a total redesign of the primary bedroom suite, closet, and bath. John Villa was personally involved throughout the entire process, and his commitment to excellence was evident at every stage. His project manager was highly responsive, detail-oriented, and consistently available when needed. Having overseen many of my own renovation projects in the past, I can confidently say I’ve never worked with a contractor as outstanding as Villas Construction. They were worth every dollar spent and delivered a truly spectacular home.

John and everyone at Villa's Construction and Remodeling are incredible to work with. They completely renovated a home for us that had not been updated since the late 80's into an incredible, modern dream home. They were able to take our vision and bring it to reality, navigating all the pitfalls along the way with relative ease. John and his staff include you during every step to ensure that your satisfaction is guaranteed. They also complete their work on time and on budget - somewhat of a rarity these days. We did a large outdoor addition to our home and remodeled the entire interior of a 5600 sq ft home. The quality of work completed by Villa was great and overall attention to every detail of the project. As any issues were raised, I felt confident they would be addressed quickly and to the standard we expected. The outcome and quality of the project felt very important to the entire Villas team. We would use again for future projects.

Villa's Construction and Remodeling are top notch! Their attention to detail and quality are second to none. We recently moved into a new build, and they came in and made our home into a show home. They have the amazing ability to take a vision and turn it into a creation. This is the fourth project we have used Villa's for and are just as incredibly overwhelmed and blown away as we were the first time we used them in 2018.

Beyond 5 STARS! Mr Villa and his team are in a definite professional league of their own. They are phenomenally talented, reliable and trustworthy. In the initial walk-through, we discussed our vision for the condo. Mr. Villa really listened and was the epitome of creativity! He is a Designer’s contractor given his wealth of beautifully functional ideas. A+ on all aspects of our complete condo remodel. The final product is an absolute dream that we have the honor of waking up to every day. Complete satisfaction!

He's was our guy. We spent over $175,000.00 with him. Then one of our bathrooms leaked from the shower pan. Next thing you know, after a few emails, we were told that the bathroom lasted 3 years and never had a leak, and that he only guaranteed his work for a year, and that he never guaranteed the materials (that he selected and installed). See the attached phots that clearaly show a screw hole in what is (was) the shower curb where it was pierced by a screw, mold behind the walls and the improper tile installation. Here is his email response: "I can stop by most likely Friday mid afternoon. I would like to know what is your expectation on repairs ? Just to be clear , that shower somehow just started with this issue and it’s been almost 3 years . Which is unfortunate regardless of the cause. Unless there’s a different result If we do another water test ,which I don’t see any other reason other then the suggestion or comments I made before when my plumber went over . So my opinions are the same . The repairs will have to be done at a charge to customer . Depending on extent of repairs the charge will be accommodated . As for ceiling repairs , I can’t do that till January . We are extremely saturated with projects and work right now and I’ve lost half my crew in the past months . If you need repairs done asap , you’re better off having someone else do them . Just being honest. " HIS WORDS VERBATIM. This project was not 3 years old, in fact at the time, I had not even known the contractor that long. He did do previous bathrooms for us as well. They sent a worker to inspect the problem. they claimed the materials failed, and that they were not responsile. However, there are cameras in the house just outside the bathroom which caught the entire conversation between the worker (who happened to have also been the installer) and the owner. He informed him that the water was leaking from the seam in the tile and was getting past the bladder which is designed to prevent these types of leaks. Fast forward beyond the refusal to repair the problem as outlined above. A new contractor comes in, and removes the entire shower. There had been mold growing behind the new walls and tile. Two reasons, the bladder had been pierced by screws placed directly through the bladder, and the tile on the walls were installed prior to the shower floor, which meant that water would travel down the tile and under the shower floor. it was only going to hold for as lonag as the (poorly) applied gout would last. These are basic errors. Once they had done all of the jobs they could do in our house, they abandoned

We recently completed a renovation of 2 bathrooms in our home, as well as many other details and changes of light fixtures, flooring, painting, door hardware and more. We hired Villas Construction as they were recommended by our design firm. The whole project took many months as we had various projects for the Villas team to complete. They did every project to perfection. The entre team managed by Nelson were incredibly professional, always on time, worked long days, and were not satisfied unless every detail was perfect. They would work on each area until every detail was exact. They stayed within budget and communicated well throughout the process. John Villa always made himself available as did the whole team. We are extremely happy with their work and craftsmanship. They created built-ins for an office and custom cabinetry and floating shelves for the two bathrooms. Their work is perfection! They are professionals in every way, and we would absolutely hire them again for future projects. We cannot recommend the entire team highly enough!

Our home is gorgeous! John Villa and his ENTIRE team are professional, kind, respectful, and true artisans. Villas Construction and remodeling is a full-service company with dedicated teams for every detail. Floors, A/C, plumbing, electrical, tile, painting, building, and design. The guys felt like they were part of the family, they literally sang while they were working, always with a smile, always kind and helpful.

John Villa has done several renovation jobs for me before, mainly bathroom and kitchen renovations, and his work on all of them was excellent. I needed to upgrade my windows to hurricane impact windows and although I had several quotes for the project I went with John. I know his work and he agreed to paint the windows after the installation which none of the other contractors included in the project. John did not disappoint and in addition to the excellent work he added quartz window sills and I repainted the house to complete the job. John is also responsive to follow up questions and concerns which most contractors do not do.

After researching and meeting with a handful of contractors to discuss our home renovation, my husband and I decided to go with Villa’s Construction for our project and we could not be happier with our decision. Before hiring, we met with John a few times to discuss our project and at each meeting, he took the time to answer all of our questions, discussing any concerns he/we had, and even offering suggestions and design ideas that we ultimately went with and loved. Not only did he show us that he was an expert in his field, but he was professional and very polite. Once the renovation started, we met Jhonatan who was just as wonderful to work with. He kept us in the loop with everything that was going on and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. If there was an issue that came up, it was brought to our attention immediately, and John was always up front about everything, which of course we appreciated. The crew was always punctual and very polite. We were living in our home for the majority of the 4 month long renovation, but they made the experience as pleasant as they could, even building a privacy wall for us at one point to keep us (including 3 young kids and a dog) comfortable and away from the construction. We can’t thank John, Jhonatan, and the crew enough for what a wonderful job they did. They took all of our ideas and turned our house into the beautiful home that we dreamed of.

I'm extremely pleased with all of the work that John Villa and his team did for me. We did an addition on our house that included a den, bathroom and BR/office. All together it was adding an additional 500 sq ft. John also did a custom cabinet/entertainment center for me as well as custom office cabinets and desk. All of turned out better than I could have hoped. John is great to work with and has a very good eye for design and helped me make some of the difficult decisions that come with this type of project. I found John to be very upfront and honest and there were no tricks or gotcha's in the process. As expected, I changed my mind on a few things and there were surprise challenges that came up, but John was extremely reasonable in negotiating these pieces. John was not the most expensive nor the cheapest but somewhere in the middle. The work is super high quality and I was told many times by the various folks inspecting for permits that whoever was doing the work, was doing a really good job. His attention to detail is awesome, and the team wouldn't quit until everything was perfect. Moreover, he was the most upfront and honest of any contractor I talked to about what was included in his quote, what was not, and where I should budget for additional things I would need to purchase. I found everyone on his team very respectful and courteous. We are so happy with his work we are using him to remodel the kitchen now too!
