With the guidance of Jennifer, we completed a master bath remodel to include moving the shower, replacing large box jacuzzi, lowering the vaulted ceiling, replacing cabinets, etc. Jennifer did an outstanding job from the design to tile recommendation, to colors, cabinets and light fixtures. She understood our vision and made it even better! The extra items like heated floor, light above toilet paper roll and drawer for electric hair items made the remodel extra special. Jennifer is an excellent communicator. She is timely, responsive and full of great suggestions. I would highly recommend her work.

Jennifer worked with me to upgrade my bathrooms and select new rugs and paint colors for my home. The installers she recommended were top notch, and she coordinated the scheduling which made it easier for me. Her knowledge and experience gave me confidence and kept me from making costly mistakes. We worked with Jennifer in the design and construction of the kitchen in our new house in Richmond. Her entire approach was professional and knowledgeable including all aspects of the layout, cabinets, appliances, exhaust system and scheduling. After living with the kitchen for a few months we enlisted Jennifer's help with a customized island which is a work of art in SS and Booz Block. Her ability to work with installers is excellent. After 8 years and countless meals prepared we continue to be very happy with the function and efficiency of a space that truly works for a couple who enjoys dining at home. I have used Jennifer for projects including, but not limited to, kitchen and bathroom remodel, converting a bedroom to a den, and updating a concrete front stoop with brick and tile. I would HIGHLY recommend Jennifer without reservation or hesitation! What makes Jennifer so awesome? She really listens to what you want. She asks lots of questions to better understand what you are looking for in the end product. These questions also helped me solidify what I wanted to see as the end product. Jennifer ensures the project is functional and will last over time. This was most evident in my bathroom remodel. She ensured that concepts included in the remodel would allow me to use the bathroom as I "aged". Jennifer is very respectful of your budget and sticks to it. She communicates with you daily to provide project updates and, should an issue arise, have several potential solutions to offer for your consideration. She is a great problem solver! She also provides you with a complete timetable of what will occur during the project. I found that the timelines were completely accurate. The contractors who worked with Jennifer on my projects were professional, polite, informative and respectful. You will not be disappointed in hiring or working with Jennifer!

Jennifer and her team did an amazing job on a bathroom that I needed re-renovated. I bought my house from a builder who cut every corner and Jennifer knew that I was at my wits end. She was kind, patient and understood my frustration with having to spend more money correcting the issues. The bathroom turned out better than I expected and I'm completely thrilled. I continue find Jennifer outstanding in her field. She amazes me with her vision and knowledge. My first experience was a total renovation of my 1970's kitchen - from floor to ceiling, new appliances, new appliances, beautiful and appropriate cabinets. We moved from kitchen to bathroom and minor projects I other rooms. Always and eye to quality, but with consideration of cost. All of her support people were professional and courteous. As of now, we are just completing remodel of Sun Room, again same professional expertise, giving me just what I envisioned. It is beautiful!!!

Jennifer is a very talented designer. I have had her do 3 renovations in my house, including the kitchen(amazing!), master bedroom and bath, office spaces, and living room. She will work with you to come up with designs that suits your needs and wants, be it financial or a wish-list, or both. She's very creative, and puts a lot of thought into her plans. I will use her again!

Words can't describe how happy I am with both the process and the outcome of my kitchen renovation with Jennifer a few years ago. She listened (not a typical trait for designers in my opinion) to my ideas and added her amazing twist on everything! She gave me everything I wanted in my farmhouse style kitchen and more! She blended two tile styles to create a masterpiece backsplash, helped create a one of a kind copper hood for my oven and a one of a kind copper/metal windmill fan for my adjacent den. She added hand crafted genuine barn board accents, complementing paint colors, state of the art lighting and appliances! She thought of things I didn't know existed. What an eye for detail and creative/unique design she has. Most noteworthy - a pleasure to be with. The contractors admired and appreciated her even as she required the best! She ALWAYS has a "can do" attitude which makes her fun to work with! While renovating the kitchen, the changes impacted adjacent rooms so I'd steal Jennifer's creative ideas to make my own decorating changes to these rooms too. Can't wait for my next project - I won't work with anyone else but Jennifer!
