Virginia Youngblood is CEO & Principal Designer at her company Dwell Style Interiors, a Residential Interior Design firm located in Matthews, NC serving the entire Charlotte Mecklenburg County area, Union County, Gastonia, NC, Fort Mill, SC and Rock Hill, SC. Virginia Youngblood specializes in making spaces more appealing so Homeowners can fully enjoy their homes. Virginia is described by Realtors as being very Professional with a unique ability to see rhe big picture as well as details in a property as she relies on her great eye for furniture/accessory placement.. Virginia is CEO & Principal Designer at her company Dwell Style Interiors, (formerly Do Stage). Virginia initially began with excellent training when becoming an ASP® (Accredited Staging Professional®) in 2012 and then as an ASPM®(Accredited Staging Professional Master®) in 2016. After Virginia and her husband had a kitchen renovation in 2020, Virginia realized that Interior Design was really her passion so the rebranding of Dwell Style Interiors (formerly Do Stage took place. Virginia selected all of the materials and worked directly with the general contractor on this renovation project in her own home. Now as always, Dwell Style Interiors LLC mission is to serve Homeowners, Builders, Realtors, Contractors and Investors with continued integrity, skill and passion. Preparing to sell your house can be stressful. When my Realtor recommended Virginia Youngblood, Home Stager & Designer from Matthews, NC, to me, I was impressed. I knew when I met her that her company DO STAGE LLC was the best choice in order to get my property looking its best for the market. Virginia had a unique way to be able to work with my furniture/acessories - knowing just what to keep and style with. She also brought in some of her inventory that I rented from her. The results were outstanding! My house looked awesome and was now ready for MLS showings! Virginia has an excellent talent and eye for arranging furnishings and accessories and to make a design plan by relying on what I already had. I am a local Realtor ® and call on Virginia to help seller clients prepare their home for the market. She has a natural gift to transform a space with her color choices, furniture arranging, and addition (or subtraction) of decorative items. On my current listing, she suggested moving a few pieces that the homeowner already owned to a different room and made the room feel fresh and inviting. Also, the sellers had spray painted a "target" on their exterior brick for ball practice. Virginia was very warm and kind in he delivery to suggest that they clean it off.

She has a sixth sense for knowing what will work well in your home and what will soir the interests of potential buyers. I am a real estate agent and have been looking for someone new to use for staging my listings when need be since my other stager moved. I had a home that has been listed for a while and it was a beautiful home but just was not selling. I suggested to my seller that we look into staging and contacted DoStage. After consulting my seller moved forward and Virginia worked with me to meet my needs for marketing the house. The end result was gorgeous and the home looked like a model home.
