I hired Mike from Voshburgh to make the custom blinds for our new build and he was wonderful considering it was a construction site when he came to measure. He made sure we had blinds or drapes for the bedrooms installed for move in day. The white linen drapes in the master with blackout lining our beautiful. We had him come back once we were moved in to help me select the fabric for the banquette cushion which is about 8' long. We are now pricing out exterior blinds for the deck with them. This is a great family run business you won't be disappointed in the service or quality.

When we moved to our current residence our neighbours dropped by an mentioned if we needed shutters, Vosburgh Home Decor was the best company around to deal with. They could not have been more correct! We ordered blinds and shutters, they were on time and installed perfectly. Mike mentioned they also sell furniture and have a decorating service. We had Nancy come out to give us ideas as we had given away most of our furniture as we downsized. We could not be happier. We had a custom console made for a difficult spot. It is completely unique and beautiful ! Modern yet classic. Exactly what I had envisioned. The workmanship was stellar! And we were pleasantly surprised to find the price was so reasonable, especially when you consider it was custom as compared to so many pieces that are mass produced outside of Canada. Now we are onto custom cabinets in the living room as well. We have come up with a great look with Nancy's help, and I can't wait to see the finished product. We also had ordered chairs and cushions for spring. Beautiful. Nancy is great at making sure I am absolutely sure I know what I want before ordering and has, in fact, pulled me back before I went off on too many tangents. We are so happy with everything and will not even bother looking elsewhere. A gem of a company!

I ordered California Shutters for my new home from Vosburgh's. They arrived as promised, were installed as promised and are exactly what I expected and was promised. Brian, the owner, even cleaned my windows before installation. That is service above and beyond. They were courteous, respectful, polite and even wore indoor shoes for their work time in my home. I felt comfortable and confident at all times and would highly recommend this company. I live near their store and love that not only am I shopping locally but am getting superior service and quality equal and better than what is available in the large city centres. No wonder they have been in business for so many years!
