A big thank you to Hasnain and the WA Construct team for our home remodeling project. We never had major work done to our house before so we were hesitant and careful with who we chose to work with. From the initial meeting with Hasnain, we felt really comfortable with his approach and methodology. He gave us several options and created a presentation that would help us understand the value of the work to be done and the whole process of the project. Hasnain really listened to what we wanted to do, even the small ideas and concerns, and gave us good suggestions and guided us through every decision. A standout feature of working with them was their use of Buildertrend, a project management software tool widely used in the construction industry. It gave us near real-time updates, scheduling transparency, and a centralized hub for communication and documentation. Being able to track progress, review timelines, and stay informed every step of the way gave us peace of mind and kept the project moving smoothly. One new feature that was added later on was the ability to make payments electronically through this website. The tool is only as good as the data you input. So if you elect to use this tool, make sure to be consistent and as accurate as to what you input especially the furnishings and appliances. One other service WA provided was the 1 yr warranty which is standard. But they went beyond that and Hasnain's team even fixed items that were not on the approved warranty list which was much appreciated. The remodeling project drained our savings to pay for the remodel. The extra service and fixes they provided was definitely a welcome reprieve. We hired MS Warraich for our major renovation. It is a new construction on the existing foundation. It is a pretty big job that we don't want to risk. Hiring Hasnain and his team gave us peace of mind. He is on top of everything and has attention to detail. He will suggest what is better but not necessarily pricey. We call that most economical (not cheap). As a realtor with lots of exposure to houses and design, I myself have a passion for interiors. I have an eye for quality. MS Warraich did a complete renovation for my house and turned it from a boring old looking home to an amazing modern looking house. We flipped a small traditional looking kitchen to a open concept kitchen and made my space more spacious, also complete transformation of two bathrooms.
