Fair Lawn Two-Level Home Addition | WA Construct

WA Construct delivered a comprehensive two-level home addition for this Fair Lawn, NJ property, expanding the living footprint across both floors and refreshing the home inside and out. The challenge was to grow the home substantially without losing the character of the original facade, all while keeping the family functional through construction. Our design-build team handled framing, layout, and every finish under one roof — from a renovated open kitchen and updated living spaces to multiple new bathrooms, a dedicated home gym, primary closets, a laundry room, and a refreshed exterior. The result is a transformed two-level home with significantly more usable space, modern finishes throughout, and stronger curb appeal.
