My experience with W.B. Jordan, Inc. was very good. I needed a new roof on my garage and repairs to the water damage caused by the roof leak. Mr. Jordan and his team were able to line up a roofer (which is not easy) and then made all the necessary repairs to the garage itself once the new roof was in place. They worked quickly and left my property perfectly neat and clean when they were finished. Mr. Walter was always easy to reach, and very responsive. I have no hesitation in recommending his work and his company.

Walter and his team are truly exceptional. Walter is on the job every day to make sure things are moving forward. We had a burst pipe which led to the discovery of more broken pipes underneath our house. Walter's team produced high quality results, worked diligently and efficiently, and helped us find cost effective solutions. We have worked with contractors in the past, and Walter is the only one that I would want to work with on a future project. I highly recommend Walter and his team!

Walter Jordan designed and built our 2015 basement remodel. He was on site each and every day watching over the crew and making sure each detail was performed to his specifications. During the project, Walter offered suggestions for improvements over the original plans and was always upfront about changes in costs. I work from home and was concerned with the type of disruption that a construction project can cause -- Walter was sensitive to my situation at all times. He clearly has the respect of all those he works with and my project was completed within the expected time frame. We are thrilled with the results andI will not hesitate to use and recommend W.B. Jordan, Inc.

Working with Walter and his team has been a pleasure. We are thrilled with the job. Walter helped us get the maximum space for our remodel while being mindful of budget and maintaining quality. The skill of workmanship is excellent. Walter is on the job overseeing all subs on site and making sure all runs smoothly. He also keeps expectations realistic when it comes to budget. Walter Jordan remodeled our entire house in San Francisco - kitchen, 2 baths, redid floors, and finished the basement, which included adding a bath. His work was fantastic! Mr. Jordan is extremely honest, his prices are good, and he stands behind his work. Not only that, Mr. Jordan is very personable and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him!!! We have kept in touch with Mr. Jordan throughout the years and he has assisted us on many occasions after the big remodel.
