We have been working with Walter and his team over the past 8 months on a full home renovation, including extension and new kitchen. We have just moved home after 6 months... with no delay.... and are thrilled with the result. For the final finishing touches, Walter is a call away and will always send someone over to ensure the job is completed right. From the outset Walter has been upfront, honest and easy to work with. He is detail oriented and pro-actively solves problems when needed, though keeps in touch to discuss next steps, with updates, photos etc. His quotes are also very detailed which makes it easy to keep track of costs especially given all the moving parts! It is always easier if "client and contractor" behave like a team, as not everything will go to plan but we visited the site regularly which helped a lot. We were definitely a team! Would highly recommend Walter to anyone contemplating his services.

I just finished complete reno of my house with Walter K Enterprise. I believe that you can judge the contractor's work by how clean and organize he keeps the construction site and how available he makes himself for the client. Walter does not disappoint! His people think, care and pay attention to details. There were so many things that could go wrong with my 50' home yet he was always ahead of the problem and on top of his game. Thank you for a spectacular job.

This company is by far top of line! From begins to end, very professional and extremely clean and organized. I’m a very meticulous person, not once did I have an issue. The work was completed on time, no materials ever missing , not a day that employees did not show up and the lost goes on! Highly recommend Walker K is you are going high end renovations. Walter and his staff are true professionals. Your wonderful experience begins with a reliable quote, one that is detailed and easy to follow. Walter is honest, a pleasure to work with, makes you feel like you are his only client and truly aims at making sure his clients are happy and satisfied. We gave them the unimaginable task of completing a demo and Reno of a 3 story home within a very limited time frame. It was not only completed on time but was a very enjoyable experience all along the way. Walter helps his clients make every choice, which made it so easy and not necessary to hire an interior designer. He is always accessible via text and email and always replies in a timely fashion. My husband and I cannot speak more highly of him and his company. We would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

This is the third interior reno they have done for me and I can't say enough about their professionalism, honesty and the quality of their work. Meticulous from start to finish. Walter and his crew did an excellent job on a quirky project of ours, building a soundproof piano studio in a condo. Soundproofing requires precision of execution and quality materials, and Walter delivered on both. At various points in the project, Walter questioned aspects of the plan and provided invaluable guidance on how to correct or improve the final result. His crew did an amazing job using existing materials to flawlessly patch the wood floor due to the change of floorplan. This reduced cost and ensured a perfect match. Finishing work (baseboards, plastering, painting) was crisp and clean. Unlike many other contractors in Montreal, Walter provides FULL COST TRANSPARENCY, with itemized invoices for all materials and labor. I would recommend Walter without reservation, and am planning to use him again to freshen up our kitchen and bathroom next year.
