Brian was very professional and courteous from the negotiation of the project to completion. Installation work went smoothly and was completed as promised on schedule. Workers labored tirelessly through heat and humidity. Particularly impressed by Ben who skillfully worked the backhoe to avoid damaging the surrounding landscaping. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.

We have been working with WaterScape for at least 6 years for our water feature in the back yard. The feature is an amazing focal point to our gardens. This year we decided to upgrade our feature to real basalt stone columns and are thrilled with the results. Brian and the WaterScape staff are professional and very responsive to any small issues that have risen over the years. I would highly recommend them and their services are very diverse and not limited to just ponds or water features.

After calling numerous contractors, Brian at Waterscape responded quickly and helped me trouble shoot my leaking pond. After locating the problem, we decided on a rebuild of the waterfall. The crew that was sent out to do the work was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. They made sure I was satisfied with the work and made sure the job was up to their own standards of excellence. The prices were very reasonable for the outstanding quality of service and materials. Great job!

For 4-5 years I had wanted to add a water feature to our small garden off our glassed in porch that we use 6 months/year, I pictured something very simple, very serene. I attended a Home and Garden Show in 2011 and was awed by a magnificent wandering stream created by Waterscape. That got me to thinking about having something a little more exciting than "simple and serene." The following year Waterscape came to our house several times as the size, shape and placement of the pond became more complicated, Brian from Waterscape was really patient as my husband and I butted heads over just what to do. What we came up with, by way of Brian's guidance and options, was perfect. Brian created what I call a "pocket pond." It is about 6' X10' and fits snugly against our porch so that we can enjoy all the wildlife that it attracts just a few feet away from our chairs. At the last minute we switched from river rock to scrubbed stone which was only a bit more expensive, but well worth it. The folks who installed the pond were artists in that they created a pond so lovely that we just can't stop looking at it. The sound of the waterfalls is relaxing and we have increased our hours of enjoyment by putting a small spotlight on the waterfalls. Brian and the rest of his staff were helpful, professional, good communicators and more than willing to provide follow-up. I was unhappy with one aspect of the finished product and Brian immediately resolved the issue! The whole experience was fun and satisfying.

The people at WaterScape did an excellent job! They were friendly and hard working. We bought our home with an existing pond that needed a lot of work. They listened to our wish list and then helped to rebuild the pond within our budget. They did a great job keeping the job site clean, protecting the existing landscape and finished the project on time. They answered all our questions and took the time to show us the ins and outs on caring for the pond and waterfall. I LOVE our pond and waterfall!! It is my favorite place in our yard. It is also perfectly positioned so I can also enjoy it while drinking my coffee in the kitchen! And I leave my bedroom window open at night so I can enjoy the sound of the waterfall as I fall asleep. We highly recommend them!

Vendor provided landscaping services to us. It included creating plant bed, planting flowers and shrubs, creating a path, and spreading mulch. Staff and worker where all professional and personable. Highly recommend!

Took out old liner and deepened pond. Reinstalled rocks and plants. Work was performed well and in a timely manner. Pond looks great. Nice job!

WaterScape has done multiple jobs for us on both our front and backyards. These have included 2 water features, patios and walks. All have been top notch and have made our yard a wonderful place to entertain or just to sit and relax. They also take care of all our yard maintanence and keep everything looking great. They are very responsive to any troubleshooting that needs to be done.

For over six years WaterScape has transformed our humdrum backyard into a spectacular oasis. They have created flagstone paths, a flagstone patio, a fire pit, gardens, landscape illumination and most recently a fabulous pondless waterfall. They have very creative visions and are successful in making the transformation. Additionally, WaterScape works in concert with our ideas when developing the project plan. I will definitely be including WaterScape in my next idea for my yard.

Waterscape created the most magnificent water feature in our backyard last fall. They transformed an old, small pond surrounded by a brick patio into an enormous area with many waterfalls, a stream, and a huge pond, all in a beautifully landscaped setting. We met Brian from WaterScape at the Saline Builder’s Show where our grandson fell in love with the idea of having a water feature in grandma’s garden. Brian sent us home with a video to watch and the next thing we knew we were calling him for an estimate to work on our five year old grandsons plan. Brian was very professional in getting the estimate to us, answering all our questions and organizing our project. I was amazed when he told us the work would be completed in two days. We were very impressed with not only the time line but how well organized the project was from start to finish. Brian and his crew even took the time to explain everything to our five year old grandson who thought they were awesome. Our grandson thought that he was part of the crew helping in the selection of rocks to be used and where they should go and adding the most important part-the goldfish. The water feature was up and running in no time with the mulch and plant materials in place. We enjoyed working with Brian and appreciated his great customer service and pride in his work. Our family and friends love watching the wildlife our water feature brings to our yard.
