I am a Realtor that has worked with numerous clients building custom homes with Waters-Holland. My business partner and I have also sold some of their spec builds, and in my opinion they are the best builders in the Chattanooga area. They have a good roster of dedicated subs and a very smooth process start to finish, during which time they keep excellent communication with clients. They manage timeline and budget better than any other builders we have worked with, and I think it's a special compliment that all the clients we've had work with them have said they'd do it again. Mitch is organized, thoughtful and methodical in approach. Clients know exactly what to expect throughout the process, and several have commented to us on the impressive attention to detail in Waters Holland homes. From consultation and design to materials, workflow, and finishes, Mitch and Brandon are true professionals. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
