Legacy Builders Rehabs

Don’t waste your time and money hiring this company, Legacy Builders or 99 Solutions. They are terrible. I had a horrible! Horrible! Experience hiring Anthony and Sandro. See the photos and judge for yourself if this is the kind of work you would want. I signed a contract with Anthony with the start date of 10/3/2022. As of 5/31/2023, the work was still not done. This was supposed to be a 6 weeks job. They had to take tiles off the wall multiple times and redo the floor tiles multiple times. It became so exhausting that I ask them not to return after 6/3/2023. Now I have to get a competent contractor to undo their mess and redo the entire work. It is that bad. See photos and be the judge. They are imposters, they don’t know what they are doing, they are messy and do not exercise due care for your property. I can go on and on, but, I’ll let the photos speak for me. They are not worth it…DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!! One of the pictures shows the tile removed from the wall due to jagged edges on the tiles. I told them I do not like the way it was done. They had to replace the badly installed tiles . That was round 1… the tiles on the floor started coming loose, they had to replace them twice. They left a large hole behind one of jets in the wall, see photo, that’s exactly how it was when they left. I told them about it multiple times, they just stuffed a white substance in it. I wished I could add more photos, which I have many of. The blue tape marks areas that were so badly done, they had to redo, still after 8 months, they could not correct it. All I asked for was clean finishes. They never had the correct tools to cut the tiles and so the edges were not smooth, just jagged. They deflated my enthusiasm about this project. Run them, do not hire them.

I definitely highly recommend 99 Solutions for any home projects! I had a horrible experience with a different contractor, when I met with Anthony I was so relieved he could fix all the shotty work the previous guy did. I got my downstairs bathroom completely remodeled and had my kitchen and dining area renovated to have more of an open concept. The work was beautiful and best of all did not take forever. Work was completed very timely, it’s been over a year and I’m still so happy with my home. 10/10!!

On time! The guys came to look at my project and do their measurements, they were more thorough than other contractors I've used. I got a lot of options of things I could do instead of hearing what could not be done. First day of work they were here early and on time every day until the work was finished.

I had a good experience with these contractors. My kitchen was remodeled and it was a dramatic difference and a very good job. They worked very well with my wife and I when it came to our input and ideas. Not to mention their own great ideas. I strongly recommend using them, you won't be disappointed.

We used 99 Solutions for our kitchen rehab and they were excellent. It was around 3 guys total and they went to the store with us to ensure we had the right measurements for our cabinets. They came back to recheck measurements and went back over the details with us then they stuck to their schedule with getting the job done. If there are any hold-ups they communicated. The work was wonderful and they was fair not cheap but fair with their estimate. I will use these guys again for any of our projects again. I highly recommend using these guys.
