NT Pavers

NT Pavers gave sub-standard product. It was discolored. Chips, cracks, in some places they even tried to fill them. Came wrong sizes and wanted to come to "inspect". Didn't want to credit or change which holds up a job which they know. Hard to get a hold of-probably a tactic. Not trustworthy. Not the kind of company to do business with.

Jim and his team are great. Grade A materials all of the time. Will continue working with these guys for years to come.

We recently worked with NT Trading on a large residential project in SE Pennsylvania. We are a high end Landscape Design/ Project Management company. We first encountered Elegance by NT Trading at the 2022 MANTS show, which coincided with the design of this particular project. After going over the product choices and details with the rep at the show, we determined that we would focus in on Porcelain pavers, surrounded by a Marble border as well as a Marble coping for the new swimming pool and spa. The client and I visited NT Trading's headquarters and were treated very well. Our questions were patiently answered and seeing the product first hand was very helpful. We made our choices and set up the schedule and delivery. The patio and pool have now been built and are stunning. We received excellent customer service throughout the process for a very large order. The team at NT Trading is very responsive, friendly, professional and handles issues very well.
