Tar Hill Corp.

Tarhill Corp renovated a multifamily for me in Somerville that was in total disrepair. The floorplan was outdated and the upper duplex had 5 bedrooms and 1 bathroom! Nothing had been renovated in over 50 years. Tarhill handled all of the permitting and inspections to turn a 6 bedroom 2 bath property into a 6 bedroom 6 bath, by sealing up outdated pantries om two floors and converting them to ensuite baths and carving up an odd bedroom to create more closet space and a primary bath.

The Tar Hill team performed our recent full house renovation and they were amazing! This renovation included house redesign and updating our older homes heating/ electrical and plumbing. Andrew and his teams expertise in all areas from design to mechanicals were invaluable. The renovation was on time, on budget and we couldn’t love the finished product anymore! We will be reaching out for our next product when the time comes!

Amazing finish work and staff could not be more helpful and professional. Tar Hill finished my basement, not only on time but gave me design and layout suggestions that came out Beautiful.

Our new back deck has been a life-changer! Stunning, spacious and perfect for lounging and entertaining. And, with the installation of the new slider, both the deck and door make our whole space feel brighter, bigger and beautifully connected. Solid craftsmanship and A+ work all around from the Tar Hill team! Highly recommend!
