We were fortunate to meet Zac from SkyBuildersZHR. He was one of the contractors that we were able to choose from the Realm App. Zac took time to show us a project they had completed, with the owner’s permission, of course. We started our kitchen remodel project in mid-February of 2026. The people on Zac’s team are all very accommodating. They always protected the other parts of the house, like with plastic covering, floor covering and also a machine to divert dust and other debris outside. They cleaned up after themselves every day. The work they do is very commendable. This is not to say that there were no hiccups during the project. We made sure that we can help them to get to the next step and the next. We were motivated to finish our kitchen in a timely manner When all is said and done we are very pleased with our kitchen. We love it! We are very happy we had Zac and Robert to guide this project through. When our new kitchen was in full use, we discovered some minor glitches in the electrical switches. We called and they got the electricians back and it was fixed in no time. We recommend Sky BuildersZHR for your next project. Zac and Robert are very good people to work with. We give them A+.

7 Sky Builders did a full build on my home 10 years ago, and anyone who looks at my house says it looks as if they just did it. Thats how great it looks. Issac and his team go above and beyond to finish your project down to the finest detail. i'm still in touch with him, as he often calls just to see how everything is. e had an excellent experience working with Sky Builders ZHR on our 1 bed, 1 bath ADU project from start to finish. They handled everything from the planning, permits, and design process all the way through construction and final completion. Like any major construction project, we had some revisions and change orders along the way, but they always made sure we were getting the best value and outcome for our investment. We never felt pressured, and they took the time to explain options and recommendations honestly and professionally. The quality of work exceeded our expectations, and the finished ADU turned amazing. One thing that really stood out was how they treated us like family throughout the entire process, which made what could have been a stressful project feel much more manageable. Extremely satisfied by the service and work Sky Builders provided. Robert and Zach understood my requirements, provided valuable recommendations and presented a clear professional proposal. Modification and clarifications, when needed, were done quickly. Based on the results, Sky Builders hired the best sub-contractors for the work. The project manager, Homery, was very thorough, no delay, provided regular updates, checked the work done by each sub-contractor, ensured that there was a minimum disturbance during the work and that inevitable dust and debris were contained and disposed properly. Quality work done on time, on budget. Technical support provided when unexpected and unforeseen problems came up during the demolition.

I recently had the pleasure of working with SKY Builders ZHR on a project that involved converting two garages into beautiful residential units—a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home and a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. We had a very impractical galley style kitchen that we wanted remodeled to a wrap around kitchen with central island for cooktop and food prep. Zack and Robert not only exceeded our vision but did so with impeccable customer service, top notch quality, a very competitive cost and a personal touch that we have never experienced with other contractors. After the very first meeting, they both treated us as if we were family - addressing all challenges in a smooth and calm manner that took the edge off the natural stressors that come with an extensive remodel of a kitchen. The fact that both Zach and Robert have years of hands on experience in the construction business was an absolute plus, allowing them to address all questions with expertise - and in many cases taking care of some of the work themselves as needed. We couldn’t be happier with the ending result of our remodel (2 and 1/2 baths, 2 balconies tiled & repaired, new doors throughout, etc.). We worked closely with Robert & Zach who treated us like family, with warmth and kindness. We can tell that Robert & Zach genuinely enjoy what they do and seeing people’s lives transformed in a positive way through their efforts. This was our first remodel and the before & after is a sea change. Our dated condo was in desperate need of an update from the original 1981 tiles and cheap additions put in by previous owners thereafter. The result is truly inspiring. Even the simple things- doors that fit the frame perfectly and open & close smoothly, bathroom fans that are quiet- were probably the most transformative of all. With the new fixtures & styles, we absolutely love our improved home! I have a true appreciation of the extra efforts that Robert, Zach & their team took to make sure we were happy with the final results. In the remodel world, as I’ve grown to understand through friends and families in the industry, every home is different and poses unique challenges. Our unit, with its odd slanted walls & small bathrooms, took a lot of problem solving. They made it seem effortless, and I appreciate their hard work. We were on a small budget and they helped us figure out what was possible. They have much bigger projects than our’s, but I never felt lower on their priority list. They were very responsive via text and their teams gave us amazing results. The quality of their work is exceptional and there is great attention to detail. Zack and Robert did a wonderful job with renovation of a kitchen and two bathrooms, along with several other enhancements that have completely transformed my home.
