The company left behind a horrendous mess after completing our interior paint job. Paint was splattered everywhere - floors, curtains, baseboards, toilet, front door, laundry machines, bathroom vanity, front steps... The dust was also a huge issue. Very little sanding was required or requested, but they sure did a lot - and did not clean up at all. It took us a saturday of cleaning to get our house back in shape. The painter scoffed and said there was about a half hour of cleaning up to do. Our experience with the quality assurance person was patronizing. In spite of more than 30 photos of the mess and disarray, they were only interested in telling us what a good job was done. Absolutely no interest in accountability. After a full day of back and forth we were offered a 1% discount, if we were willing to sign another form (along with no admission whatsoever that anything was less than perfect about the job). Expensive. Disappointing. Do not hire Mill Creek Painters.
