Lynn Holender Designs

We are so pleased with our decision to hire Lynn Holender Designs for our new construction project. She was a very important collaborator with the architect and builder. We told Lynn from the beginning we did not want a white kitchen or white sofas. She listened to us and together we collaborated to create our dream home that is warm, inviting and uniquely us! We are truly grateful for her dedication to making our dreams come true.

My remodeling experience was not what I expected. It was stressful and I would not engage in this process again.

We have worked with Lynn over the past 2 years to update the kitchen, family room and bathrooms in our 1960s one story house in Houston. We now have a beautiful living space which our family will enjoy well into the future. I was hesitant to undertake such a large project but Lynn set me at ease right away and she worked at my pace. She listened carefully to my ideas and knew where to look for materials that fit our style and budget, teaching me so much in the process. She helped us search for the right builder and coordinated the project with us from the first design meeting, through the construction to the final punch list and the last curtain and pillow. Having her input and keen eye for detail was invaluable. Above all, Lynn's genuine passion for what she does and the relationships she builds with her clients, the workers and the businesses set her apart.

Lynn Holender Designs was my first foray into hiring a professional designer and I'm more than satisfied with the results. Lynn helped me and my husband walk through the many ideas swirling around in our heads and land on something beautiful, comfortable and within budget. I looked forward to each step in the process and when there were hiccups - there will be hiccups with any project - she managed our expectations, offered alternatives and kept other parts moving so our timeline stayed intact. I especially appreciated her ability to look at what we already had in place, whether it was furniture, paint color, art or decorative items, and re-purpose, re-frame or re-think them into something fresh and inviting. I highly recommend this designer.

Lynn Holender Designs assisted us in our new build. Lynn listened to our needs, understood our style and palette, and was mindful of our budget. Lynn has an incredible eye and created a beautiful color palette that worked together and achieved cohesiveness throughout our home.
