A+ for the professional installers (and template maker). They stayed until 10:00 at night to finish the job. They cleaned up after themselves. They were respectful and polite. Clearly, they care about their work and the results are beautiful. The quartz countertop is gorgeous. FOR customer service. BE SURE TO HAVE EVERYTHING IN WRITING from the day of template making, to installation date, to type of edging you'd like. I saw the manager enter information into his computer. I wrongly assumed the details, were part of a work order he was creating on his computer rather than on the invoice. While I listened, the manager asked one of the workers if a fast Monday to Wednesday turnaround was possible. The answer was affirmative. Sadly, I assumed everything we were talking about was agreed to and would happen. Checking in on the Friday before installation, I was told they were not coming Wednesday, as agreed to, but Thursday. Additionally, at installation after the first piece was in, I saw it did not have a beveled edge which was promised (remember I thought he had entered this information onto the work order I thought he was preparing on his computer), I was told I should have seen that the pieces did not have beveled edges, and I should have said something before the first piece of counter was in place. I trusted that what we agreed on would be so, and I did not micromanage the installers. MORAL OF THE STORY: Get everything in writing.

Do not use this business they will ask for total price of job and then never try to give a refund I am suing it has been many months but I will continue to sue but in the meantime stay away thank you John Kennedy

The company is very hands on from start to finish. They came on time, installed professionally, and finished on time. Thank you Ben and Pablo for the wonderful experience in our long renovation project. Thank you for the guidance on picking the right countertop for our home.

From start to finish, Pablo Marble and Granite were awesome. Ben arrived on time, with a great estimate, pictures of the various products and was professional and friendly. The communication was great, I knew exactly what time to expect everyone, from the first measure to the installation. The installers were on time, polite, QUICK, and our kitchen looks stunning with the new counter top. A five-star company.

Ben was early and on time for the quote and went above and beyond to please me and my wife with what we envisioned for our kitchen remodel . He had many many samples on hand . He was well prepared with extensive knowledge of the industry and materials. Took his time at my home and made an great first impression and his presentation was incredible. We were able to get a better product and the dream counter topscountertops we went with calacatta-vicenza. For our kitchen counters island and 4 inch backsplash. We opted for a custom large rectangular sink. We couldn’t be happier with our selection . He went out of his way to accommodate us and make our budget work for us. We never thought we could afford quartz and didn’t want to settle for a granite that we didn’t love in the end we made it work and wouldn’t have been able to do it with our Ben and his team . The installers measured and prepared the templates for the fabricator of the slabs and completed work and delivered product on time and installation went amazing . Came out perfect and we love our kitchen . The crew were clean and did an excellent job !!! Look forward to many more projects with this fine outfit ! Highly recommended

I can not express how impressed I have been with the expedience of working with Pablo Marble and Granite. In my wildest dreams I could not have imagined how fantastic my counter top could look. They did an amazing job and when everything was said and done, I felt that I made the right decision by going with them. Pablo and Ben were great to work with. I had a glass tile backsplash installed in my kitchen. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry, provided me with a quotation the same day and were able to complete the project on the weekend that I requested. They also provided me with advise and guidance on everything from the design to the coloring to what to do after installation. I am very pleased with the finished outcome and would recommend this company!
