Newfield Design is a Los Angeles-based residential interior design studio creating warm, layered, deeply personal homes. Led by founder and principal Morgan Newfield, the studio specializes in whole-home renovations, historic residences, ground-up homes, and complete furnishing projects. With more than twenty years of experience, Morgan brings a discerning eye, thoughtful space planning, strong project leadership, and close collaboration to every project. Newfield Design works closely with clients, architects, contractors, artisans, and vendors from the earliest planning stages through final installation, creating interiors that feel elevated, comfortable, and unmistakably personal. Based in Los Angeles and working in New York City and beyond.

Working with Morgan has been truly a great experience. Morgan is professional, timely and has an eye for design. My husband and I built a mid century house and Morgan has helped transform it into our home. She has a real gift when it comes to accessorizing a home, from lamps to art her touch is felt throughout our house. Completely grateful for Newfield Design.

Morgan has done a great job for us designing a complete remodel of our backyard, as well as a beautiful remodel of our master bath. She made what seemed like a very complicated project very easy. She put together fixtures, materials and a color palette that created a magnificent bathroom that’s a pleasure to have. Morgan’s expertise with choosing colors is amazing. She’s also helped us with other interior projects, creating an overall cohesive look to our home, from wall colors, choosing stain for hardwood flooring and other finishes. I’m looking forward to her help with our outdated kitchen, and I know it will completely rejuvenate the space.

Morgan Newfield is very unprofessional. Her charges are out of line and her responsiveness once the project is finished is unacceptable. Does not return phone calls with simple questions about her furniture.

Morgan is the best! She really listened and understood my style, but because she has such a great eye, she’s able to put colors and pieces together that I’d never be able to do on my own, and with such flair and uniqueness. Morgan is also very creative and takes the time to find the perfect piece, e.g., she found me awesome vintage bedside tables that we lacquered and picked out some fabulous wallpaper. Furthermore, she’s professional, organized and punctual. And she’s very respectful and stays within the budget. For background, I worked with Morgan many years ago when I first got my place and then we recently did a refresh. It looks amazing! I would use her again, and I refer her to all my friends and colleagues.
