My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I found Molly with Poet Street Designs from a reference on Nextdoor. When she met with my husband and I, we instantly clicked. She understood our design preferences and our budge for the master bedroom & bath renovation, and came up with a beautiful design! She worked tirelessly to help us find a contractor we were happy to work with, and she communicated continuously with him during the whole process. She popped in on a regular basis to see how the progress was going and was the main liaison between us and the contractor. The end result was a beautiful and tranquil retreat. It’s been a year since the reno has been completed and I still smile when I enter our bedroom. It’s exactly what we wanted and Molly did an amazing job giving it to us.

I am on my third project with Poet Street Designs; kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Molly Berry. Molly was absolutely amazing to work with. We did an entire house remodel. She was so organized, knowledgeable and full of ideas to add a special touch to each and every room. She payed close attention to my likes and dislikes, understood my vision, and budget, and managed to bring my dream forever home to life. Molly finds that perfect balance between professionalism and delightful to work with. I am so happy we hired her.

Molly did a great job of listening to what I wanted and then added suggestions of things I hadn’t considered. I felt like she got me. She did the leg work and brought me samples to choose from. There was always something that was just right. I enjoyed the search when I was younger but now not so much. It was great having her input. I am very happy with my new bathroom. It’s exactly what I wanted. My bathroom was 44 year old so we put in custom cabinets, no curb shower, quartz slab shower wall and tile floor with radiant heat.

Poet Street Designs just finished a bathroom remodel in my house. As my kids have moved on, I wanted the bath to be a nice guest bathroom. Molly looked at the Pinterest board I made, listened to what I had loved in other bathrooms and took it from there. She was WAY better than I could be in pulling together to overall look. She was always easy to reach during the job and corresponded any concerns to the contractor. Highly professional, imaginative and overall did a wonderful job! I love it!!
