Erez Cohen and Pacific Ocean Builders converted our detached garage into an ADU. We love the new space. Erez took care of every facet of the project, from planning to the final inspection. Despite the difficult inspection process Santa Monica is known for, Erez was able to schedule inspections in a timely fashion, and each inspection was passed on the first try. He kept the project moving along, and finished it on time and on budget. He took care of all the details, and we were kept abreast of what was going on and when. We loved working with Erez and his company. We highly recommend Pacific Ocean Builders, and we would definitely work with him on a future project.

We hired Erez and the Pacific Ocean Builders team for a renovation project that consisted of work in several small to medium sized areas of our home including - garage flooring and garage door replacement, custom fireplace surround, flooring repair, window replacement, lighting and ceiling fan installation, and exterior and interior painting. Special shout out to the custom fireplace which we absolutely love. Erez’s communication through the project was excellent. Always letting us know what we could expect at every stage of the work. He kept the project on track and moving forward in an efficient manner. Most importantly he delivered very high quality work with excellent attention to detail and was always receptive to our feedback and requested changes, making sure the finishing was at a very high standard. We look forward to working with him again!

Erez and his team handled a major two story addition and renovation for our home. Throughout the process, he was quick, communicative, with excellent design sense, and top craftsmanship throughout. He even improved upon some of the designs in ways we wouldn't have thought of. He would be by far our first choice for any work in the future. Book him before someone else does!

The recent atmospheric river storms led to an alarming mudslide on the backyard hillside of our Baldwin Hills home. Erez and his team did an amazing job of demolishing the old, damaged retaining wall and designing a new one (complete with a drainage system) to stabilize the hillside, which they also terraced with railroad ties, jute netting and drought tolerant plants. The Pacific Ocean Builders crew was reliable and efficient in the getting the job done. I highly recommend.

Awesome work by Erez and his team. Their workmanship is absolutely impeccable. The kitchen is star of our house and is absolutely stunning. Pacific Ocean Builders understood my requirements and were very accomodative of my suggestions. I would say Eraz was very patient with all the changes that i asked for and built me the kitchen that was better than my vision.

We hired Pacific Ocean Builders to complete a large interior makeover of our home, which included painting the whole inside and outside of the house. The living room, kitchen, master bathroom, stairs, and several other upgrades were all completely rebuilt during the renovation. Pacific Ocean Builders did an excellent job and went above and beyond our expectations. It took a bit longer than anticipated, but the finished product was of the finest quality, they followed the agreed-upon design plan, and completed on time.

Pacific Ocean Builders did a great work for our kitchen remodeling, they we really detailed in the estimate and provided the design to be just the way my wife wanted it to be, all the guys which were working on our project were nice and respectful we were told it will take 4 weeks to complete and they did in in just under 3 weeks!! We are super excited with our new kitchen and can't wait to host our friends and family. Very recommended.

Pacific Ocean Builders is a very reliable and true to their word company. I had 2 bathrooms totally redone and when they said that they were coming in 2 days to start demolishing, they mean it. I can honestly say that when the project started that the crew made sure my floors were completely covered and worked very diligently. The communication and efficiency for completing my bathrooms was great and I was always informed when crews were going to show up. The project timeline was just as it was stated in the beginning of the project. I would highly recommend this company to do your bathroom renovations...))

The projects started on the agreed upon time and finished in the agreed upon time frame. I was kept informed of what would be taking place on each work day. all of the craftsman were professional and courteous and kept my home and property neat and tidy. Each day the work area was left in as tidy condition as possible. The quality of the materials and workmanship was above average and the attention to detail was great.
