Artisan Homes & Renovations

ABOUT US Building and remodeling can be a daunting process, that’s why partnering with the right build team is important. After several years of owning their own construction companies, childhood friends Eric Santos and Gerry Mariano combined their 20+ years of building experience and partnered to establish Artisan Homes & Renovations. Our goal is to craft well built homes that will be timeless for years to come. We also believe that trust is the foundation of any partnership and we hope to provide excellence in customer service to ensure long-lasting relationships with our customers. GERRY MARIANO (OWNER) Gerry began his build career as a carpenter and worked on numerous residential and commercial projects before establishing his own company GM Carpentry & Painting Inc, in 2010. GM Carpentry’s work has been featured in multiple issues of Design New England. Gerry lives in Everett with his wife and two children.
